2박 1층 테라스룸 이용했습니다. 객실이 넓어요 대여해주는 자전거로 오전에 호수 반바퀴를 돌고 조식을 맛있게 먹었습니다. 조식이 매우 훌륭합니다. 특히 베이커리가 뛰어납니다. 조식 중간중간 나오는 디저트중에서 피스타치오타르트, 최고였어요 식당은 룸서비스와 라운지만 이용했습니다.(관광하면서 현지식은 많이 먹어서 호텔내 식당이용을 못했습니다.)라운지도 뷰도 좋았습니다. 다만 야외 수영장이 작고 의자가 넉넉하지 못했고 가족단위 여행객이 많이 오는 곳인지 아이들이 많아 수영장은 뭔가 어수선 했어요

Pros:

Hotel itself is really nice. The room is spacious and the swimming pool has a great view of Suzhou. However the other side of the infinity pool slightly ruined it as it was a bit of a swamp. Service was generally good though a little slow to check in and a bit of wait for breakfast. I understand we arrived at peak time however the lobby area didn’t really seem big enough to host the number of guests then had to step over wires whilst playing the food. The food itself was amazing and it was a nice weekend get away for a couple.

Fantastic stay at Four Season Suzhou
Pros:

Excellent! One of the best hotels in China ! Newer, current, clean, best service, great breakfast! I particularly love the light switches and shower handles - one glance understood all ! We had a fantastic stay in this Four Season Hotle! Will come again! Oh forgot to mention: the swimming pool and workout gym was also excellent!👍

10/10 , the must visit lux hotel in SuZhou
Pros:

A stay for my random trip to SuZhou.

Arrived at the hotel with a lines of other guests doing chek-in /out , so the staffs offered me a complimentary mini afternoon tea at their restaurant (this is very warm) ! Once my little rest is almost done, they sent out the key to my table and told me I can let them know whenever I m ready so their reception staffs will lead me to my room.

The room is clean, well decorated with Modern Chinese Style. Love the Frédéric Malle toiletries since they smells really really nice.

Had a chance to visit their Bar/Lounge at night. The menu/ cocktails offered are very interesting. After the detailed introduction of the menu from their bar tenders, me and my friend ordered a cocktail with tea and another cocktail with lychee. Amazing !

The breakfast is also great! You can find fresh-cooked noodles as well as XiaoLongBao which is just steamed.

At the end of my stay doing the checkout, since the staffs knowing one of my hobbies is collecting room keys of hotels, they offered a set of beautiful keys of the property. GREAT SOUVENIR!

Overall 10/10 , and I m pretty sure I m gonna visit it again very soon.

1. The hotel is newly opened so the hardwares are all kept excellent condition.
2. Staff service quality is very high. JULY from Front Desk, DUY from Bell Service, STELLA from Lobby Lounge, they are all amazing people who brought me a wonderful hospitality experience in Four Seasons SuZhou.
3. Hotel location is quite far from any public transportation.
4. Food quality so-so. Signature SPA experience is great.

Unbeatable comfort, food and service in perfect Suzhou location
Pros:

The Four Seasons Suzhou was perfect - a fabulous resort style hotel in the middle of Suzhou with a tremendous sense of space. A great location with fabulous, unobstructed views across Jinjihu Lake of the Suzhou skyline which were particularly impressive from the terrace at dusk. Very large, comfortable guestrooms and suites with all the facilities you'd expect from a modern luxury hotel. The Suzhou cuisine is outstanding and the set menu the chef prepared for us was delicious. The breakfast selection (Western and Chinese) was enormous and well prepared and the coffee was excellent. The hotel has two pools, one indoor and one outside. The indoor pool is spectacular and in perfect condition. The hotel has only been open since the beginning of 2024 and is in perfect condition - its design is elegant and facilities are excellent. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were excellent - helpful and friendly. Access to all parts of Suzhou is straightforward either by taxi or metro (the nearest stop is 500m from the hotel). We were a family (parents, two 18 yr old kids) on our first trip to China, Suzhou was our first stop.

Relaxing stay
Pros:

Beautiful property. It is truly a resort within a city. The amenities were great - gym, sauna, pools. The service was outstanding. Team members went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. I would recommend paying a bit greater attention to cleaning (however, there were no major issues).

The perfect weekend get-away!

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou for a couple weekend get-away and I have to say I cannot wait to go back!

The drive from Shanghai downtown back & forth was very smooth and within two hours.

The welcome experience was very easy and the room absolutely fantastic.

The hotel is brand new and I was really impressed with the quality of the hardware and the beauty and refinement of the interior designs.

But most importantly, I was impressed by the quality of the service and the positive & giving attitude from the team. From General Manager Michael to the check-in team Evian and Jody, to the Chinese restaurant manager David, the lobby lounge manager Donna and the all-day-dining restaurant manager Jerry.
They are all smiles, kind, generous with a can-do attitude,
They made us feel home right away!

The landscaping around the property is splendid and as I am a runner, the location by the lake is perfect for a walk or a jog.

The food & beverage were delicious – one of the best breakfast spread I have seen in a long time.

Do go if you can – a new jewel in the region!
