A great stay, friendly, comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, Ben has very good English and was able to give us lots of advice. All other members of staff were very helpful via translate and friendly. Breakfast was good, comfort was great. All facilities provided, including a steam iron and plug adapter upon request.

Cons:

We would have liked more fruit available at breakfast.

Pros:

the hotel are so close to shopping mall and around area.
the hotel i get use to it many years and the renovation was excited!
the room provided with no smoke smell at all.
helpful staff and hardware are up std.

Cons:

the carpark so hard to find.
basement lift waiting time take too long.
the view from hotel room compare the rate!

Great hotel.
Pros:

Phenomenal hotel, superb facilities and the breakfast was also really good. The place was clean and modern. They even had free washing machines. The value you get for money is excellent.

Cons:

No mini-fridge

Not Good Location
Pros:

The room lacked many features such as minibar, safebox etc.

There aren't any bars or pubs that I could find in the area, the the hotel doesn't have a bar either. So there is nowhere to grab an after-work beer. There were a few clubs and KTV Places, but they are the kind with Zuo Tai's and Chu Tai's which makes those places not suitable for married men.

Compared to price, the hotel was decent anyway.
