Not happy with the roin

I would absolutely stay there again in the future.
Pros:

It's in a great location. There are gas stations and grocery stores in either direction. The entire property is exceptionally clean through and through and the staff are very approachable and accomodating.

Cons:

The TV in the room did not work and there was a few customers with dogs that would not stop barking on the 3rd flr. Everything else was fine.

Cons:

The room wasn't very clean, hairs on the towels, bugs on the floor. No mirror in the bathroom. But the biggest issue is that it was extremely loud and felt quite unsafe. There were people hanging around drinking all night until 5am, shouting and banging on doors. As a single female, I felt quite uncomfortable and would never stay there again.

Pros:

The property was okay, service was bad. And the actual bathroom was falling apart.

Cons:

Bathroom falling apart. Tub faucet shot out at me and landed very hard on my toe and actually bruised it.

I booked a king bed online and when I showed up to the property, me and my guest had two full size beds. And the room was so small. I felt like we were in the janitors closet. 👎🏻. It damn sure didn't look like the room in the picture.

Not what I thought with amount of stars!!

Location and staff

Cons:

Cigarette burns on sheets and comforter in a no smoking room. Torn pillow cases, air conditioner was very dirty, also a dog that barked so ugly as you passed by to get to your room. Woke us up at 1am, 6am, ugh. Room was very small!!

Decent stay but bring your own amenities
Pros:

The parking lot was well lit. The staff were friendly. The room was clean.

Cons:

No amenities provided. A single small bar of soap at the sink for hand washing but otherwise nothing else. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or hair dryer. I paid $70 for this room and was not provided anything.
There were quite a few people sitting in their cars in the parking lot which made me uncomfortable. Were they living in them? Were they scoping out potential targets to steal? It was weird.
I found a dead bug on a pillow in my room. I believe it was a flea. I only saw the one so I didn’t report it.
