Location and staff
Cigarette burns on sheets and comforter in a no smoking room. Torn pillow cases, air conditioner was very dirty, also a dog that barked so ugly as you passed by to get to your room. Woke us up at 1am, 6am, ugh. Room was very small!!
The parking lot was well lit. The staff were friendly. The room was clean.
No amenities provided. A single small bar of soap at the sink for hand washing but otherwise nothing else. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or hair dryer. I paid $70 for this room and was not provided anything.
There were quite a few people sitting in their cars in the parking lot which made me uncomfortable. Were they living in them? Were they scoping out potential targets to steal? It was weird.
I found a dead bug on a pillow in my room. I believe it was a flea. I only saw the one so I didn’t report it.

One of the desk guys was polite and the maid staff was polite. It was clean and in good location.
The manager was rude and called me at 3:30am to tell me I had to check out at 11am and couldn't stay another night because of the homeless people that were asking for me which I didn't know about. Then when I checked out they said I would get my deposit back on my card in 2-3 business days. 3 days later my boyfriend went to ask why it hadn't received my deposit and they said they weren't giving me one.

There wasn't any soap or microwave inside the I booked it for 3days also housekeeping didn't clean my room,or replace linens

It was different the technology was great
The beds were not all to comfortable,there were roaches in the rooms I got(both rooms)and I got a call from the front desk saying that it was a complaint from my room that we were to loud/noisy when in fact we were just being adults having an ok time
