Spacious clean rooms with warm showers. Food is balanced between Chinese and western cuisines. Friendly staff.
No equipment for Cardio, just weights. Language barrier, staff mainly speak Chinese.

The hotel presents an incredible value. The room looked like out of the box and the facilities are kept impeccable.
It's a bit long walk from public transport (Not dramatic either) but a great option if you're going to the convention center and very close to Hongquiao airport.
The staff do their best to understand English but I was charged one breakfast (when I have paid it at check-in) due to the language barrier. Also, something strange happened after check out: After I signed the invoice and paid, I was waiting for my Uber and someone came with the POS machine and want me to swipe my credit card again for what I think it was an additional charge. She did not speak English at all and I was already checked out. She didn't look very happy but I wasn't refusing to pay I just wanted to know what was the charge for as the check was closed already and I already paid for the consumptions. Then my Uber arrived and I walked. I told her via Google Translate that I will not swipe my card and feel free to make the charge to the card on records if needs be that I would later dispute the charges if I was not happy with it. Fact of the matter is I was never charged anything.
Great hotel, very convenient location for the NECC Hongqiao. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would come back again.
Would love a Spa at the hotel or close by for a post work massage and also a convenience store or something for some snacks / drinks.

English communication sometimes, but they always managed to understand eventually and were very respectful. Honestly not a bad experience, just providing positive feedback.
Poor knowledge of the foreign language of English by employees.
Rooms are spatial, comfortable, quiet and relaxing, exceeded our expectation. Pretty near to Hongqiao railway station and airport by private hire. Highly recommended.
