The reception was so unfriendly, not welcoming at all and they gave us the impression we are imposing on them. Total zero smile!
The hotel needs to put on effort in training their reception/check in counter staff. Total zero smile, I was made to feel like I am imposing on them for checking in!
Hotel is located at a quiet neighborhood; next to metro station. Accessible to all
major tourist attractions. Plenty of dining options opposite hotel. Cafes nearby. Beds were comfy. Shower room very spacious and good water pressure. Ample storage space. There’s a sofa settee and table which is really nice. Overall, big rooms at a good location.
Great hotel - modern, stylish, clean, with good facilities, friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of Asian & Western food.
Many tourist sites are a DiDi or metro ride away. With some good places to explore nearby, too. Across the road is a new plaza with higher-end boutiques and restaurants.
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.
An iron & ironing board for guests to use in the laundry would be helpful.
Some advice to foreigners wanting to operate the washing machine: you need a mainland China phone to connect to the app - suggest getting help to operate it.

A bit pricey
oversea tourist friendly, excellent cleanliness in room, fresh ventilation, daily housekeeping, quiet district with nearby decent western, japanese, chinese restaurants available. 3 minutes to train station. taxi hire from didi app is very affordable too.
