Great staff and great hotel in great location
Pros:

Great room and great facilities and great staff.
Sandra front office manager was exceptional and helped me with so many things. Albert and Wendy at concierge were incredible. Loved these 3 who were a tribute to the hotel 💯💯💯

Friendly staff, gorgeous room, clean, great location for exhibition we want to , 25 mins from main city centre
Pros:

Perfect location for Shanghai Notes exhibition . Staff were super helpful, executive lounge had afternoon tea and happy hour, breakfast in the main restaurant catered to everyone - the fruit was amazing, the rooms had everything you would need we had a river view suite.

Cons:

The wine selection wasn't great but we love our wine so probably not important for most people
