今次係第三次入住

亦都係體驗最差嘅一次,今次安排喺五樓,樓下就係垃圾站,經常有人掉大型垃圾好嘈吵

另外浴室行出地板有啲問題,經過時候非常嘈,尤其是夜晚去廁所嘅時候可以整醒另一位！之前有潤膚液今次冇咗！

左邊床,被面有污漬！

另外今次小君好似有啲問題,叫咗佢好多次都冇乜反應,要用手動控制
冷氣中途突然間試過一兩次自動熄咗！

之前兩次入住都冇呢啲問題,希望下次再入住唔好再安排我住低層,同垃圾房樓上真係幾嘈！

之前入住冇早餐,今次有早餐,中式比西式嘅好食,建議睇入住情況再安排食物,有啲食物真係放得太多,太耐火腿腸仔變得好乾！腸粉同粥幾好食！

コーヒーの無料券進呈はありがたかった。
次回も宿泊します。

整體都很滿意，尤其是有雪樻及出三款冰凍飲品免費提供，但坐厠衝厠比較嘈!

Great service and

It was our second time that we stayed in this two years young hotel which we found it's truly worth our money the minute we checked in till we parted. All staff were very friendly and helpful in many respects, daily breakfast were very tastful and fresh. We'd highly recommend this hotel to all.

缺點是我們房間低樓層，隔音差 ，經常聽到對面矮建築物的雜聲，很晚都聽到

A lot of food options in the area
Bed comfort was good…only bad timing with construction on the subway station

由於對面有修路工程,所以日間相對會比較吵雜, 但房間窗戶隔音尚算可以, 缺點是客房座廁去水聲太大

we had a bed experience with property due to following reasons
1. actual room size was much smaller as compared to what was shown at time of booking.
2. cleaning staff broke inside the room even when we had clearly mentioned "do not disturb" sign and some of our things were got missing we even complained at reception but no action was taken.
3. reception staff was uncooperative

The bed itself was very comfortable but the frame of the bed was annoying too wide, difficult to step out or in the bed. Other than that the hotel was great. Thank you.

Excellent accomodation. Staff helpful, good little cafe at reception. Turn left out of hotel and a few minutes walk from bustling food shops and restaurants. 3-4 minutes walk from metro, when turning right out of hotel.

Worst experience. I never had such a bad experience ever while travelling to China. Hotel is totally different from the pictures shown on the platform. Apart from other negative points, worst was that there are no lockers in the rooms and big amount of cash got stolen from our rooms. I proved it from the facts that their house keeping staff stole the money but the hotel management wasn’t ready to cooperate in inquiring. Rather they tried to pressurise me and blamed me for extortion. Instead of helping the customer they rather got defensive. Their management was reluctant to check their CCTV footages and even after repeated requests they didn’t check CCTV footages to find out that who entered my room. Overall a pathetic experience. This hotel is just too much over-rated on expedia may be with fake reviews. I won’t recommend to anyone.
