An Aparthotel converted from a historic building that is done tastefully. Spacious room with lots of storage space and a washer/dryer. Very obliging and helpful, friendly staff.
Only complaint is the aircon which is super strong despite adjusting the temp to 25C, and it still felt like 12C.
Hotel is close to malls and underground stations. Very convenient. Hotel nevertheless should provide instruction on how taxis can stop in front of the hotel because it’s not straightforward.

Incredibly clean and highly supportive and considerate staff. Great location as well next to malls and not far from main attractions.

Newly renovated; elegant apartments with nice rooms and kitchen. A wow!!! Great bar “Opus” on the roof. Close to People’s Park and metro lines; easily walkable to Nanjing road and Bund. Only slight negative is breakfast is tepid coffee and pastry from the bakery next door, not a full breakfast. Staff are very friendly.

第二次居住了，选择了不带阳台的一室Studio,感觉房间比较清冷，可能是装修风格和色彩的问题。酒店赠送了入住的水果和大白兔奶糖。喜欢酒店的安静，除了一楼大厅，一般出门过道上看不到人。早餐和上次比改成了下楼自取。全天供应咖啡很方便。从酒店出发，在附近city walk 别有一番情趣，步行就能到达南京西路的步行街和新天地。走个五分钟，我发现了一处卖羊肉串的，现烤现卖，人间烟火气很足。很不错的体验！

very very great experience . French deco , black and white style with elegance. The room is WOW , you can get “Closer” to the city by just walking into the balcony. The staffs are so helpful and everything is organized very well. The location is super super great at the heart of Shanghai, just 3 min away from the city museum / metro station / big shopping malls.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are well equipped, everything brand new. It's located in front of a metro station, line 2. Which makes super convenient as it connects both airports and train station. You can walk to pedestrian road easily. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

很舒適漂亮的環境，地理位置佳，服務態度也很棒，早餐是可頌、鹹派和各位飲品，訂外送，也可以幫忙送達房間，冰箱也有免費飲料及水，可惜房間没有茶包及濾掛咖啡，衣架有點少，廚房可以加放廚房紙巾，就更完美了！

Amazing hotel with amazing staffs. Everything was perfect

酒店房明亮，間隔好，漂亮，床和枕具很舒適。可能是面向居民樓，晚上蠻安靜。但空調遙控是擺設，不管怎樣調，一樣冷。只有一個電梯，上落要等等。另外，打車不能停門口。雖然酒店說可以，但司機們都不願意或者不知道可以怎樣到門口。地圖說去其他地方要10分鐘內，不要信，因為常堵車，預15分鐘左右或以上比較好。

房間十分明亮，沒有異味，整潔，不過房間配置沒有大毛巾只有浴衣。另外，設有電池爐和焗爐，方便加熱。

这是一家非常有特色的精品酒店，地理位置优越，步行即可到达外滩和南京西路的购物街，周边还有多个商场，出行非常方便。我们选择入住这家酒店，主要是为了体验曾经“远东饭店”的历史韵味和独特魅力。

稍有遗憾的是，酒店没有设置专门的早餐区域，早餐是直接送到房间的，选择偏于简单，主要是面包类的西式点心。不过订外卖非常方便，都会直接送到房间。整体而言，这是一段令人满意且充满特色的入住体验。This is a charming and unique boutique hotel with an excellent location. It’s within walking distance to the Bund and the shopping district of West Nanjing Road, and surrounded by several malls—making transportation and access very convenient.

The main reason we chose this hotel was to experience the historical charm of the former “Far East Hotel.” It certainly delivered on that front.

The only downside is that there isn’t a dedicated breakfast area; instead, breakfast is delivered to the room. The options are quite limited—mainly bread, orange juice and coffee. That said, ordering food delivery is very convenient, and everything gets sent directly to your room.

Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay filled with character.

This hotel is well managed and maintained, tastefully decorated and made for a very comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the Miele washer and dryer were very helpful for our long trip. The hotel staff was helpful. We’d come back again.
