Pros:

环境优美，客房服务人员态度好，刚走进酒店，Echo就很有礼貌地上前接待，入住手续办得很快，不用枯燥排队等候。之后我咨询延迟退房、线上订单改动一堆琐事，她全都逐一耐心解答，解释得简单好懂，我反复纠结提问，她也会慢慢重新说明。待人实在友善，办事稳妥细心，懂得换位思考体谅客人难处，把所有事情都安排妥当。这次住宿体验能这么好，Echo贴心周到的服务占了很大一部分，满分好评当之无愧！

It was a lovely stay and very pleasant experience!
Pros:

Everything is very clean and the staffs are incredibly helpful and nice, very friendly and sufficient!

Cons:

There is not much leisure facilities like pool or garden but everything else is good.
