I recently had the extraordinary pleasure of staying at Citadines Hope City of BoAo, Hainan Island, and I cannot express enough my gratitude to Barbara, the Manager, for her unparalleled assistance during an unexpected crisis.

In late October 2024, my stay was abruptly interrupted by severe flooding that besieged the area. During this time of great distress and uncertainty, Barbara's dedication and quick thinking were nothing short of lifesaving. She facilitated not only the comfort of my stay under dire circumstances but also coordinated my rescue by emergency troops deployed to BoAo.

Her efforts ensured my safe passage, enabling me to continue my journey to Europe to attend a series of crucial business meetings. Barbara's unwavering support and resourcefulness turned a potentially devastating situation into a remarkable testament to the exceptional service at Citadines Hope City.
