Disappointed! Over priced for no service!

Upon check in, staff was not helpful . Only answered questions when asked. Zero service. Room is over heated! When checked in room was set at 28C ! (Outside temperature 15C)
We set the room thermostat to 21C but after 5 hours room remained 27C. Hotel staff came & checked and told us to open the window (it was too noisy due to cars on the street, we can’t keep the window open) unfortunately after 1-2 hours, room temperature still high - only dropped to 26C, staff explained that its central “heating “ and they can’t do anything!!! Ridiculous, we couldn’t rest due to the heat! Had to switch 2 rooms twice at 1am!!
However staff at the lobby were wearing winter thick jackets!

What a terrible hotel!!! Never stay here again!
