Amazing experience!!!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay in Apartment 205! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, respectful, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcome. The location was perfect central, convenient, and made it easy to explore and experience everything Cape Town has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

The internet was good,with the tv having most if not all channels and apps..the appliances were in good working conditions.

The place itself is nice, beautiful, and clean. The environment is comfortable and looks well maintained.

However, my experience was affected by poor service and unresolved issues during my stay.

Cons:

Very disappointing and frustrating stay at Tokyo Apart Hotel.

I checked into Room 202 and the TV was not working. I reported the issue and asked to be moved, but I was told the hotel is fully booked and nothing could be done.

Around 1 AM, the smoke alarm in my room went on and did not stop, even though I do not smoke at all and was not smoking. This caused serious disturbance and made it very difficult to rest.

The overall service was very poor. Even the staff who came to check the TV issue did not behave professionally — it honestly felt like they were under the influence, and I could not tell if they were drunk or not.

I also sent a complaint email and received no response, which shows a complete lack of customer care.

I paid for a proper, comfortable stay, but this experience has been the opposite. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their service and professionalism.
