Cons:

The shower door didn't close properly, wet the entire bathroom.
The towels are of poor quality, extremely hard.
The hotel DOES NOT OFFER PARKING,with Cape Town being such a high crime area this is ridiculous.
I heard car alarms sounding on both evenings of our stay. The hotel should definitely be looking into getting a parking bay close by for hotel guest.

My shower was not cleaned on my check in date and the reception clerk had to come do it himself coz the housekeeping lady had knocked of
The AC wasn’t working and it was mad cold the entire time … I had to ask for an extra bed cover

I had to pay a deposit of R500 which only gets refunded within 7 days after you’ve checked out.

The deposit is kind of a big inconvenience. In the case a customer does not have the R500 security deposit I wonder if you’ll ever let them check-in. Wont recommend this hotel.

Scenic location and modern housing theme. 10/10
Pros:

The rooftop pool was a great experience even though it does become unusable after 10. The scenery added quite a bit to my experience as well with people watching and getting a sense of fresh air.

Cons:

The countertop table was a bit dirty with soapy scud marks on the table but outside of that it was a beautiful and learning experience as well.

Great stay if you don't use your own car and looking for a self catering hotel.
Pros:

The rooms were great, and I liked the setup. It allowed for self-catering with a kitchen setup. It was very modern with the clean finishes. Although it was self catering, the room service was still there to clean my room daily.

Cons:

The couch was a bit old; it looked like it was overused. There is very limited parking in the area; you will struggle to find any, especially during the day. Even when you find parking, you need to pay hourly fees out of your own pocket.
