Pros:

The service was great the staff polite and attentive. The day we checked out the lobby cafe was not open but she was setting up. She said she would service even though she was not open. It was on Sunday 5/10/25.

Property location unrivalled. To have over 100 eating options within a 100m radius of the hotel is unheard of.

Very close to all amenities and close to rail network from airport so no need to worry about taxis/transfers.

Hotel staff were very pleasant during all interactions across all levels of staff.

Rooms on 9th floor look like they had undergone refurb recently and the balcony was a very welcome surprise.

This is a beautiful, really luxurious property in the heart of the old town of Valencia. An easy walk to multiple historic buildings and sites. And a €14 taxi ride to the beach, if you're interested.
