Pros:

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Raddison Safari hotel.
I made a small request prior to my visit as it was my birthday celebration. I received an email that they would try their level best to meet my expectations not knowing they would actually exceed it.
Reception staff was so warm and friendly. Porters we so helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. My word, the breakfast was superb. Absolutely loved their variety they offered
For dinner I dont suggest the Raddison resturant though. I honestly didn't enjoy their dinner however Pegasus resturant was a perfect 10. Enjoyed their chilly prawns and rib eye steak.

Cons:

Communication with the lady dealing with activity bookings was just poor.
She kept giving us incorrect information which was just an inconvenience. I honestly didn't find her efficient and prompt. I had to rely on the porters and the guys at reception for more info
