Good stay could have been better
Pros:

The rooms and views are great - mountain facing.

Cons:

The boma experience was a bit shocking - we were informed that we needed to share our table as that is how a boma experience is. This was a first! The planning was just not done right - especially with a big group, they could have catered for them separately instead of forcing guests to be uncomfortable. The recycled pastries/dessert from dinner to the breakfast - not sure what was happening as they were not fresh during dinner already. On the room amenities - we didn't get our coffee station replenished - we don't have to call for this - it should be standard. The farm style bathroom doors kept rolling back - had to use tissue to get mine to hold. Great concept but maybe they must explore magnetic holders.

Location and Ameneties

Cons:

The menu could have been more elaborate especially the buffet spread. Found the pasta, chicken and fish uncooked. Found few cockroaches in the shower room.

Geweldig!
Pros:

Geweldig mooi resort in Hoedspruit. Wij verbleven er “maar” een nacht en dat was best even balen. Hier hadden we langer willen blijven. Het is een mooie uitvalsbasis voor safari’s, ontspanning en luxe! Ontbijt was heerlijk! Service aan jet zwembad en bij de receptie meer dan top!

Het is een groot hotel, parkeren kan voor de deur in de beurt van je hotelkamer.
