Overall, the hotel was beautiful and well located, but the lack of basic amenities like robes and slippers made the stay
Pros:

I really liked the location and how aesthetically appealing the hotel was.

Cons:

I was disappointed to find that the room did not include robes or slippers. We later discovered that we had to pay extra for them. Considering that the place is already quite expensive, it would make more sense for these basic amenities to be included in the price instead of charging guests separately. It also creates an uncomfortable situation, as guests may finish bathing and have to walk barefoot on the floor because slippers are not provided. What made it worse is that this was not communicated beforehand, which leaves guests surprised and inconvenienced after bathing or when they wake up.
