Clean, central, safety aparthotel...Good Wifi...Good hot water...
Pros:

The cleaning lady who works on the 8th floor does her job very well; she's a very clean woman. However, she came in every day to clean unless a note was placed on the door asking for it to be cleaned. This is completely unnecessary. If no note is placed on the door, there's no need to clean the room. If a note is placed on the door asking for it to be cleaned, then she should clean the rooms. I never placed a note on my door, but she still cleaned every day. This isn't necessary. Those who want it cleaned will put up a note.
Please don't tuck the blanket under the mattress. It's difficult to untuck it every day.

Cons:

On the afternoon shift of April 20th, a male and a female security guard were on duty. The tall female security guard wasn't at all friendly. She looked more stern, like a prison guard. Others have commented on this before, writing that the security guards were very harsh. This isn't a prison; they should be friendly and welcoming to guests.

On the other hand, the blankets on the beds were excessively heavy. Lighter blankets are needed. The toilet sink in room 814 was clogged; please unclog it.

Pros:

Location for sure. Everything was close by.

Cons:

The housekeeping never changed the sheets just flipped it over and we stayed for 11 days..not even once they changed the sheets or pillow covers. Even after requesting just flip over. The beds moved so abruptly that if anyone moved it would also disturb your sleep.
