Pros:

I liked my room, had everything I needed and has good space.

Cons:

I couldn't extend my stay by 2 hours, as my flight was at 13:00.

Pros:

The location is good if you want to be in the city. The staff was friendly and the security guys were great. The building was very clean which i appreciated. The breakfast was also prepared well.

Cons:

Bed was to springy, its not really comfortable and not really good if you're a big person. You can't use balcony to smoke if you're a smoker, which to be honest was the only reason i booked there. You only find out about a R500 deposit after you've paid for the booking, parking is non existent, the staff will tell you which building to park at an extra for but they don't know by how much it will cost nor direct you, you must google, which i feel should be mentioned before you even make the booking.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing to complain about with the hotel. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, good facilities. Enjoyed my stay so much I booked twice. Would definitely recommend if the below is not a priority for you

Cons:

No parking. My mistake for not checking before booking. Luckily my friend across the street had parking
The gym is really subpar, but there are a few cardio machines if you just want to get a quick sweat session in with no specific plan in mind
The area is very central which is convenient, but not necessarily slightly.

Other than the the minor points above which are more observations than complaints ..all was as good
Pros:

Excellent view, balcony.

Cons:

having stayed previously and been very happy to find the furnishings and kitchen equipment to be very good .

On this occasion we found the following shortcomings when compared with previous years :

The sofa was stained. Needs cleaning or replacing
Kitchen equipment was not good ... One very large pan approximately 15 inches diameter with 6 inches depth which needed about 6+pints of water to submerge a boiled egg and a long time to heat .
The frying pan was of useful size
An additional medium size saucepan would be a good idea,
There were only two small wine glasses which is inadequate to drink most cold drinks ... two tumblers are required in addition.
