Top apartment at reasonable price

Pros:

Everything in the room works.. wi-fi, Aircon, tv, shower, plugs etc.

Cons:

Staff is terrible, Zenande the receptionist didn't even bother to tell us about the facilities and what to explore.
Security kept knocking on our door disturbing our peace. 2nd time was worse he wanted me to walk with him to find a dagga smell. 😢.

Last minute discounted booking but underwhelming and disappointing...
Pros:

it was a last minute discounted booking so might have been the room i got, but despite the incredible views of table mountain, not much to rave a about... microwave, stove, fridge, kettle are great amenities... but the overall room wasn't great. Similar styles to HAVN apartments, but on a lower budget. Glad it was only one night, cos i would've been annoyed.
Look i don't hate the place, i just had higher expectations after staying at HAVN Apartments. it could well gave been the room i got.

Cons:

The bed was slanted, broken in..awfully uncomfortable to sleep. needs replacing... the bedding sheets were dirty and irritated my skin. again it may have been that room.. but the towels, pillows, everything were not clean and made my skin itch.... Shower pressure wasn't great, despite the bathroom looking good... the floors were dirty with hair, which is usually due to housekeeping using the same mop and water with every room. .. My room was on the top floor, which means once out the elevator, you have to taken your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Quite annoying (i had 3 bags). also outside of the hotel is a robot(traffic light) junction. very difficult for vehicles to stop and load... the room is small and the light switches are not in sync...

Pros:

Struttura in posizione comoda, a due passi da green market, con sorveglianza e reception 24h.
Appartamento piccolo ma confortevole e pulito. La jacuzzi sul tetto una bella coccola dopo una giornata fuori.

Cons:

Aria condizionata un po' rumorosa, meglio la pala sul soffitto per dormire.

Cons:

Being pressured to give a cash tip instead of a tip via paying with my card after having a meal...REally made me never want to eat at the canteen again. I was told it would not help him if I paid a tip by card.

Clean, renovated room, good wifi, safe area during day. Avoid room 104 if you want to sleep at night

Cons:

Window was not sealed, all noise from the road was coming in, could not relax, could not sleep, I woke up 5.30 in the morning. Boiler was broken, no room next to bed for cell phone, glasses etc, had to put them on the floor
