Es war im großen und Ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr über das Zimmer 509 gefreut und würden dieses auch nächstes Mal wieder nehmen wollen. Es hatte einen Mega Ausblick. Der Pool war ausreichend und angenehm. Das Personal war auch super und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Immer wieder gerne.

Cons:

Es war an manchen Stellen im Zimmer nicht ganz so sauber und leider war es auch sehr hellhörig und die Türen der anderen Gäste haben immer sehr laut geknallt. Der Fahrstuhl war leider auch des Öfteren defekt.

Die Lage war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir hatten ursprünglich ein normales Zimmer gebucht. Vor Ort wurde uns dann der 6. Stock als „Upgrade“ angeboten. Leider stellte sich schnell heraus, dass dies eher ein Nachteil war. Der Aufzug fährt nur bis in den 5. Stock, sodass sämtliche Koffer die letzte Etage getragen werden mussten. Der 6. Stock wirkte zudem eher wie eine umfunktionierte Abstellkammer als wie ein regulärer Hotelbereich.

Besonders negativ war der starke Geruch im Zimmer und vor allem im Badezimmer. Es roch permanent nach Abfluss bzw. Kläranlage. Das Badezimmer war aufgrund des unangenehmen Geruchs kaum nutzbar. Nachdem wir das Hotelpersonal darauf angesprochen hatten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass keine anderen Zimmer mehr verfügbar seien.

Auch die Dusche war nicht komfortabel. Die Silikonfugen waren teilweise vergammelt und machten keinen gepflegten Eindruck
