Zwei Zimmer gebucht und bezahlt. In der ersten Nacht mussten wir in einem Zimmer übernachten. Ich musste mit einem Mann in einem Zimmer übernachten/ Bad teilen den ich nicht kannte!!! Dem Hotel wars egal, frei nach dem Motto nimm es oder lass es!
Wir hatten ein Riesen Loch in der Türe, beim durchschauen konnte man direkt auf das Bett schauen!
Absolut kein entgegenkommen resp. Rückerstattung!!
Eine absolute Zumutung!!!

Good location and room was clean .
Pros:

The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The room was clean and it’s near the beach. Stop buses are near and comfortable from airport.

Great location, Clean, yummy food, would stay again
Pros:

Single room, had an AC which was glorious for the heat. Bathroom was spotless. Clean bed. Staff were nice and helpful. Wrist band instead of a key for your door which was very practical, no fear of losing it. Breakfasts were delicious, lots of options, vegetarian friendly. The pool is small but it didn't bother us, was nice to have a little dip. Safe in the room. restaurant and bar above the other Planet hotel. We got free shots and 10% off the food. Also watched the football while the World cup was on.

Cons:

There was dust under the beds so those parts of the floor dont get cleaned. For single room there was no hand rail for your towel to dry. AC wasn't turned on when I entered the room and when I turned it on there was a nasty smell that came from it and brown liquid so it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The smell got better if the AC was kept on cold but if it was a few degrees warmer then the smell would come back. Reception was told but no fixes were made.

Chambre RDC sombre, l’odeur des poubelles sous la fenêtre de la chambre, les nuisances sonores de la nuit, chasse d’eau des WC cassées, la piscine est un pédiluve et pour couronner le tout sortir de l’hôtel pour aller prendre le petit déjeuner “médiocre” deux rues plus loin.

Besser ein anderes Hotel aufsuchen.

Cons:

Schlechter Service, zum Frühstücken musste ein anderes Hotel aufgesucht werden, Zimmer viel zu hellhörig. Badezimmer Tür defekt. Ich war noch nie in einem schlechteren Hotel.

Super Preis-Leistung-Verhältniss, würde ich wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist in Ordnung, man läuft keine 15 Minuten zum Mega Park. Die Zimmer sind super, für diesen preis absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist einfach aber auf jeden Fall mehr als ausreichend.

Cons:

Bisschen hellhörig, aber sonst alles gut.
