Einfache Abwicklung und gute Kommunikation, Zimmer einfach aber sauber und schön aufgemacht, Frühstück reichhaltig, nettes Personal, leckere Cocktails zu normalen Preisen (auch to go)

Cons:

Bad in die Jahre gekommen, kein TV, Ausblick aus dem Balkon, hellhörig, Frühstück in einem anderen Hotel (2 min laufen)

La ubicación del hotel esta bastante bien ubicada, los restaurantes están alrededor y la playa se encuentra a pocos metros andando

Teníamos la habitación en la misma planta que la recepción y se escuchaba absolutamente todo, había música, se escuchaban los gritos de la gente que llegaba nueva, los portazos de las puertas al abrir y cerrar

Not the best this time around.. failed on a lot of things

I’ve stayed in this brand and here a few times-

Cons:

The room absolutely smelt of damp, and pipes - like stale water..
The check in took way too long, and when one woman was dealing with you she would stop, talk to other customers waiting which then delayed your check in.. when you’ve had a long flight and delays you want to get checked in and showered. They should deal with the person in front of them not a bigger group between you ..
We would have been done so much quicker if she focused on what she was actually doing., checking me in!!
Noise… I was right next to the elevator - I understand yes a lot of parties are in S’arenal but maybe put all parties together and all solo and couples together… or ask the parties to keep it down a touch as some are there to work..

And then the bathroom.. shower base wakes onto the floor..
And all fixtures were rusty..
Their other hotel.. planet one.. is immaculate
I prefer there’ I have brought this to their attention but I’m not at all happy with my paying and receiving this stay

Es gibt einen safe.

Duschen undicht, kein platz für Handtücher im bad aufzuhängen. Kein Schrank für die kleider einzuräumen!

Cons:

The room was very small, and the bathroom shower cabin was so small that it would probably be uncomfortable even for children. The walls were very thin, so we could hear a lot of noise from the reception area. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming.

What I found especially unacceptable was that staff members entered our room while we were not there. We had already checked in and all of our belongings were inside the room. I did not feel comfortable with this and I think guests should be informed before anyone enters their room.

recomanat per persones que tinguin vehicle, ja que està lluny de les cales conegudes.

la habitació estava correcta, amb tot el que necessitàvem per la estança. el personal es encantador, i el esmorzar es senzill pero complert. és complicat aparcar el cotxe, ja que no hi ha parkings aprop del hotel.
