Pros:

- ห้องพักกว้างมาก สะอาดมาก อุปกรณ์ครบครับ มีชั้นปลอดบุหรี่โดยเฉพาะ อยู่ชั้นบน วิวเมืองสวยงาม
- ทำเลใกล้ Kunming Station มี 7-eleven ข้างๆโรงแรม
- ราคาห้องพักรวมอาหารเช้าถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก จะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนครับ

- ป้ายชื่อโรงแรมเล็กไป
- หมุดปักใน google map, A map ผิด ต้องเดินต่อไปอีก 300-400 ม. และชื่อโรงแรมใน map ไม่มีภาษาอังกฤษ
แต่นั่นเป็นแค่เรื่องเล็กๆน้อยๆ

A clean place to stay close to the train station from the airport
Pros:

Very friendly welcome from the staff members. They gave me a free room upgrade to a very high floor which was a welcome addition after a long flight from the UK.

The room was so spacious, clean and had a massive projector which you could connect your laptop too with a hdmi!

Cons:

Not really much. It Smelt a bit outside the property but that’s not their problem 😂

Everything was excellent except for the location
Pros:

Exactly as advertised. As of Jan 2026, the hotel and its facilities were relatively new. There's even a dedicated non-smoking floor (even though a refundable RMB100 deposit was requested, in case you smoke at a non-smoking floor/room). Room was clean, housekeeping and front desk were friendly and willing to assist, breakfast was good, laundry facilities were maintained every morning. Admittedly, we spoke Mandarin Chinese, so our experience cannot be a good reference point for non-Mandarin speaking foreigners.

Cons:

The location. Some reviewers loved it for its convenience and access to the high speed train station. However, there is a perpetual traffic jam in front of the hotel as a result. Therefore, if you hail a ride, be prepared to be stuck in the jam for about 10 min, and potentially longer during peak hours / weekends. The nearest mrt station is about 12 min walk away though, and faster if you are daring enough to bike there.

Also, the hotel does not have an off loading area. If you are travelling with either a heavy luggage or several pieces of luggage, you might want to be mindful of this. You'll be getting on / off the cab right along the road as other cars pile up behind you waiting for you. If you're used to this (which is actually rather common in China), then you'll be fine. If it is your first time, you might find it stressful.

We have good experience for the stay. It is really value for money.
Pros:

There are variety of food for breakfast. They are all local dishes. We can have a good meal before the starts of the day for our sight seeing. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
