Westtouristen scheinen noch nicht häufig zu sein hier, werden aber sehr gut behandelt.
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, hilfreiche Auskünfte zu Sightseeingfragen, aufwändig gestalteter Prospekt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Der Manager kümmert sich persönlich um uns, spricht gut Englisch. Frühstück schmackhaft und sauber.

Pros:

회사동료들과 노동절연휴 휴가 중 방문하였으며, 시설이 깔끔하고, 모든 것이 잘 구비되어 있었습니다. 특히 아침 식사로 제공되는 국수는 면발이 탱글탱글하여 국물과 함께 맛있게 먹었으며, 나머지 음식들도 다 좋았습니다.
일정이 남아 온천욕을 하려고 문의를 하였는데, 단동 내 SPA 및 목욕정보에 대해 가격, 위치 및 시설까지 상세히 도움을 받아 여행을 잘 마무리할 수 있었습니다.

Wonderful stay at a hotel in a great location!
Pros:

Very clean spacious room. Love the water pressure for shower. Staff were courteous, helpful and responsive to enquiries. Within vicinity to eating places and walking distance to the Yalu River. Railway station is also a short 400m walk.

Pros:

It is difficult to find good hotels in China. This was the best hotel we stayed in, and it achieved a good standard. The rooms were very good. We had a very large room, and a slightly smaller one. Both had a view to the outside, which is recommended. The location is great in the center, close to the river. It was free of charge to use the washing machine room which is invaluable in China where washing machines are rare in hotels. The breakfast is ok. mainly Chinese, but there are some Western options like muesli, fried egg, black tea.

Cons:

It was supposed to be non-smoking, but sometimes smoke came into the rooms... There was also smoking in the reception.

Get rid of the cigarettes and it would be very good
Pros:

Clean and modern. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Walking distance to both the station and the river.

Cons:

The smell of smoking was ever-present on the 5th floor and at times overpowering. This is a major problem in almost all Chinese hotels but pro-active management can make a difference. Start by avoiding mixed messaging. It is sensible to put no smoking notices in the rooms but it is not-so-sensible to put ashtrays there as well.

It’s good that breakfast is included but it would be best to provide less and do it well. The hot food was … well .. cold and fairly unappetizing. (If you serve fried eggs it’s best not to put them out on cold plates). The sliced apples were a dark shade of brown because they had been out there for a number of hours
