Pros:

Location, spaciousness, view from windows

Cons:

The bathtub, which was the selling point, had a leak/wouldn't hold water and it wasn't able to be fixed in time/during my stay.

Staff friendly helpful. Rooms cleaned to a very high standard bed comfortable

I love how spacious the room was, too spacious for a studio apartment.

Asides from the fact that they use regular key on the door, there’s nothing not to like.

Suite was good but the lift noise was dissturbing

Upgraded and got the largest suite only to find out that the industrial lift made a massive noise every time it was used.

Pros:

The staff are very friendly and super nice. They met and exceeded our expectations. Shout out to Funeka, she's was so lovely to us.

Cons:

I am happy with everything. The swimming pool area could use a bit of uplift.

Pros:

The room is comfortable with a nice view and a great bathroom
Staff was great
Good AC

Cons:

Main issue was the noise coming from a a meeting room next door from 5/6am
I complained multiple times but the staff was unable to provide for a solution or lower done the noise
Room is not 100% clean as there was some stuff from the previous guests in the mini bar as well as a used towel in the bathroom, also I saw a cockroach in the bathtub
Overall location and price is good but I won’t be back
