Decent rooms in a good location with friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Location is great for restaurants and a bit of nightlife.

Cons:

I was staying there midweek, and you can hear the offices above from about 6:30 in the morning. The rooms are all located on the 8th floor of what is basically an office block; it was not built with being a hotel in mind. The pool on the 10th floor could be such an asset but it isn't maintained to a typical hotel standard.

It was good just needed to accommodate for smokers
Pros:

The room was perfect clean and tidy...just wish we had access to the balcony to smoke

Cons:

The elevator was way too loud and no one was around to assist us at the 10th floor where we had to go smoke

Området var mycket bra centralt och med många bra restauranger i närheten och personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam.

Cons:

Vi tänkte äta frukost på hotellet men det gick inte flera av dagarna eftersom frukoststället på hotellet inte var öppet alla dagar. På bilderna på hotellet fanns också en pool. Men den var inte tillgänglig för gästerna under de dagar vi bodde på hotellet.

Good location, but a really weird place.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff

Cons:

This is not like other Neighbourgood properties I've stayed at. This is a 10 floor office building with 5 rooms on one floor only. This means they don't have the usual coworking vibe and the usual facilities. There was no laundry available. The rooftop pool area did not have any chairs or anything to enjoy it. Overall the stay was really weird. Only one physical key and several codes required to use the elevator. I would rather stay at another Neighbourgood property next time.

Pros:

Stunning views onto Signal Hill from the massive balcony. Luxury all round, from the reception, into a secure lift and inside the sumptuous suite with en-suite bathroom which boasts finishings fit for royalty. The downstairs coffee shop is perfect for breakfast. An easy stroll to the Bokaap and later on to the Train station made the location ideal. Will return soon!

Ausblick von der 10 Etage ein Traum. Leider auch nicht mehr so aktuell wie auf den Bildern.
Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war mit Balkon gebucht. Bilder Top. Aber realität schmaler Balkon mit Ausblick zum Hinterhof und lauter Lüftungs- Klimaanlage ohne Sitzgrlegenheit. Zimmertüre nicht Solid.. immer wieder bei Luftzug grknattert.

Parfait.
Pros:

Le personnel était gentil, c’est la 2e fois en 2 ans que je reviens ici et j’ai beaucoup apprécié

Cons:

Dans le couloir il y’a souvent bcp de bruit, souvent on laisse traîner le matériel de nettoyage mais bon après en règle général j’aime bien
