C’est décevant que les services tel que le spa soit payant en plus alors qu’on est dans un hôtel haut de gamme. Payant pour les clients extérieurs ok, mais pas pour les clients de l’hôtel !
Aussi : les bonnets obligatoires et non fournis pas top. 8€ à la machine c’est ridicule je trouve.

This hotel does not warn you in advance that if you want to swim you must have a swimming cap and ‘indoor’ flip flops. I did not know so I was unable to swim during my stay.
I also hoped to do lots of fitness classes but turns out it’s an extra 17EUR per class. They charge extra for pretty much anything you want to do.
You definitely need a car - without this you don’t have access to any shops. La Sella is a 30-min walk away which is lovely but only 2 restaurants and a pharmacy.
The rooms themselves are great - big and spacious. You need to bring your own shower gel and conditioner as not provided.
Also when I first checked in, the smell of the cleaning products was so so strong, I had to vacate for a few hours and keep the window open to ventilate.

Pasamos un día relajante después de una semana laboral dura y fue un acierto elegir este hotel. La comida buena calidad precio la cena exactamente igual y el servicio excelente el entorno en la terraza sin igual. En resumen volveremos y seguiremos disfrutando de éstas instalaciones.

Todo excelente, en recepción nos atendieron de maravilla, el hotel es precioso y la estancia ha sido de lujo!!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. In den ganzen zwei Wochen war vor allem Frau Nakonechna sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel. Der Restaurantservice war freundlich, aber vielleicht etwas unterbesetzt und somit fehlte ein wenig die Aufmerksamkeit für das Drumherum. Schade war, dass man abends nicht in dem wunderschön hergerichteten Speisesaal essen konnte, um von dort die schöne Aussicht zu geniessen. Für Biker gibt es einen modern eingerichteten Abstellraum mit Reparaturmöglichkeiten. Nur leider ist z.B. der Kompressor defekt gewesen und es war etwas unsauber während des ganzen Aufenthaltes. Dass könnte man verbessern, immerhin wird das Hotel als Bike-Hotel beworben. Beim Frühstücks-Bufett haben uns die regionalen Produkte wie z.B. frische Marmeladen gefehlt und auch der Kaffee aus dem Automaten ist wirklich schlecht.

Muy buen sitio para descansar y desconectar. Las habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. Buena localización, aunque si quieres ir a Denia o alrededores necesitas coche.
Personal amable y correcto.

Nice and clean almost looks like a futuristic hospital. Daughter kept referring to it as the Pyschosphera. Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Coffee kinda sucked, never really hot, forget about a proper cappuccino. Just order it from the bar and pay the difference.
Didn't like that they charged for every little thing. Want to swim? Have to buy a cap and flip flops. No tea or water in our "basic room". No bathroom privacy, no conditioner, no vent for bathroom steam. Pillows really did suck and it's impractical if you don't have a car. Besides that, every view is lovely and it has a killer gym and pool.
