The location was convenient for my needs.
The beds were not singles as requested. I was travelling for work with with my employee. The staff agreed to separate the beds. We dropped off our luggage and left. I later recieved aessage asking if we can switch to another room that has separate beds. I agreed but asked that the new room key be left in the old room, which they agreed. We arrived back from work around 12h30 to find no key. It took the night manager an hour to arrange new rooms for us and while he was very helpful, this was a huge inconvenience, it was cold and we were exceptionally tired and the last thing we wanted was to be sitting outside for an hour. The rooms are very basic. Mine only had a lace curtain, while the other room, the curtain was falling off. The TV is supplied but with no complimentary channels.

Felt very safe, spacious room, nothing was too much trouble
The pool was lovely the area very nice and thought it was perfect for what we needed
The staff apologised with flowers and sweets, and promise to refund 1 room for 1 night
The one room was not ready at 4pm, with check in being 1pm.

I booked two rooms in error on booking.com but I required and eventually used only one. I was still charged for both rooms despite raising the issue with the staff. I was never refunded for the room that I did not occupy.

The room wasn't properly clean.
The aircon didnt work.
There were bedside lamps but no plugs to plug them in. The pillows were hard as rock.
There was other people's rubbish in the cupboard
Would not recommend at all.
Did not have breakfast
The reception was a bit of an issue as we arrived on a Sunday. A receptionist will be an excellent idea. We had to communicate with the cleaning lady who was not able to assist.
It was in a quiet and safe environment.
The location, tops👌
The facility was nice and clean
The safety, it felt a little unsafe with the fact that there was not security and people could just come knock at your door and borrow your gate remote, 1am imagine 😕
