We opted to have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The service was excellent but the quality of the food in the restaurant was disappointing (although the breakfast was good). This hotel is perhaps a better option in the summer months when the rooftop deck is open with its lovely views and one can dine outdoors.
The staff were very friendly. The french toast was amazing. My room was absolutely gorgeous.
Lack of parking. I parked on the street across the hotel. Noise from the street in the early hours woke me up.
The understand what they are doing, what a tailored experience; Once you are checking in, you wouldn’t want to leave to go anywhere. The dinner and breakfast was amazing, I’m not a breakfast person but I finished my breakfast that day. 😂

Das Ivory Haus ist eine schöne Unterkunft, das Zimmer war großzügig und sauber. Es gibt leider keine eigenen Parkplätze, das wussten wir aber im Vorfeld. Man kann gut an der Straße kostenfrei parken (auch wenn dort eine maximale Parkdauer von 60min angegeben ist - das wird nie kontrolliert, wurde uns gesagt und können wir für unseren Aufenthalt bestätigen.) Das Frühstück war gut, die Portionen sehr groß und das Essen abends im Restaurant sehr lecker. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer war schön und liebevoll, es gab auch einen kostenfreien Korb mit Süßigkeiten, was sehr nett war.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig gewesen. Da der Pool direkt vor der Tür der Zimmer im Erdgeschoss liegt sowie sich das Restaurant inklusive Außenbereich unmittelbar nebenan befindet, hört man alles sehr deutlich im Zimmer. Das Restaurant schließt zwar um 22:00 Uhr, aber vor ca. 22:30 Uhr war es fast unmöglich, im Zimmer zur Ruhe zu kommen. Man hört Musik, Gelächter etc. sehr deutlich. Nachts war es dann aber leise. Das Personal war freundlich, aber für uns teilweise etwas zu aufdringlich. Man konnte praktisch nicht durch den Eingangsbereich gehen, ohne fast schon zur Rooftop-Bar oder ins Restaurant gezogen zu werden. Das war sicher nett gemeint, aber uns etwas zu viel. Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel, speziell wegen der Geräuschkulisse, nicht noch einmal buchen.

Loved the breakfast!!
The most amazing stay. Sadly we only had time for one night but would have loved to extend. The venue, views, food and wine selection was exceptional. The lady who was front of house (I think called Tracy or Chessie or Lacy) was so so so lovely and welcoming. Worth every penny.
