There wasn't anything to complain about.
It's a beautiful period building with stunning features, large spacious rooms all facing onto the bay or pool courtyard. Wherever you look they have installed stylish features that create subtle elegance and comfort.
The stay was too short.
The vibe and aesthetic is such an experience - everything has been considered and someone with really good taste is making sure that guests have an amazing experience on every level. I went by myself to recuperate and rest and felt so looked after! From the ‘model agency’, super happy serving staff to the sonnet on my turned open bed to the perfectly ironed linen gown to the generous portions at the restaurant and the luxurious suck-me-in mattress on the 4 post bed.. it was all so special and worth the money :) highly recommended.. don’t plan to leave the hotel to much 😋

Our room has a direct exit to the rooftop bar (The Palms), had a most comfortable bed and great shower!
Beautiful place in general. The team on site is helpful, the food is delicious and cocktails are great!
Location is awesome. It’s central and you can walk around. No dedicated parking but plenty of space around to leave the car.
Special thanks to the team for all the help with the luggage, late check in and room upgrade!

We stayed in ROOM 6, which was beautiful, comfortable and clean and had a magnificent view. The food at the restaurant was excellent.
Some steep steps and tricky door frames… I would also suggest a shelf in the shower for shampoo, etc.
The room was fantastic. Good size, attention to detail, good amenities, incredible bed… personally the furniture was chosen with pretty good taste.

I thought there would be a buffet breakfast but there was not. We had to choose a meal off the menu for breakfast.
Hot water in our room came and went during the day, so we had to plan when to shower or bath.
No room service menu or food delivered to your room.
My favourite place in Plett!! The rooms are exquisite! Spacious and beautiful!!

We spent a wonderful 4 night at Ivory Haus. The room was amazing and the staff were all very helpful. We will bee back for sure. Also, the tomato tortellini at the restaurant was my wife's favourite.

We opted to have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The service was excellent but the quality of the food in the restaurant was disappointing (although the breakfast was good). This hotel is perhaps a better option in the summer months when the rooftop deck is open with its lovely views and one can dine outdoors.
