De locatie is perfect om de hoek van het strand. Het personeel was top en de kamer was netjes en de bedden werden elke dag opgemaakt.
We misten een koelkast op de kamer en afzuiging in de douche

The reception area is small and not particularly comfortable. It feels a bit basic.
Great location — beach is within walking distance, and there are plenty of cafés, bars and shops nearby. The room was modern and clean, and it lived up to my expectations. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I really enjoyed our stay!
Staff were brilliant. We were very annoying and asked to pop our bikes somewhere safe every night (6 nights) and they very kindly let us pop them in their storage area.

Toilet had glass doors - we were on our honeymoon so no surprises here, but a newly dating couple could find it awkward.
No bar fridge or kettle, which wasn’t a big deal.
We liked the location because we enjoy a stroll in to the action. Probably a 15 minute walk.
Only able to buy coffee and cake in the foyer for breakfast. We booked a room with a terrace, we were not told that we had to climb through a window to access this.
El hotel es super lindo, el diseño, la limpieza, el personal tambien my atento, y además tienen un co-work space donde puedes respnder tus mails o trabajar, está super cerca de la playa y puedes caminar x el malecón.
Very clean and staff were friendly, the parking was good value. Note as of September 2026 I've been receiving several spam messages a day on whatsapp looking for my credit card information, the scammers know the booking dates which is concerning as the hotel has my credit card and passport information. Reported it to staff before arriving and at the front desk, they said they are working on a solution. Have also tried to report it to booking.com but so far no response.
It's been mentioned in a few other reviews but the bathroom is essentially in the room with a sliding door and is boxed in with glass. Admittedly didn't do my due dilligence before booking.
Great location in Antiguo, Old Town was easily accessed walking along the beach or via bus. Hotel was very clean and in a quiet area.
The bathroom is very odd with a glass wall separating the toilet/shower and the rest of the room. Can hear/see most things.

Cleaners decent and staff friendly
Unfortunately, the facilities were a real disappointment. The reception area is extremely small, and the coffee shop, which appears to operate as a separate external business but occupies the same space, completely dominates the room. The hotel essentially feels like a bedroom with a small check-in desk, rather than a hotel with proper communal facilities. You see a pile of suitcase on show as we checked. The bar area was also completely closed during our stay.
The room itself was very dusty and lacked many of the basic touches you would expect from a hotel. There was no fridge, no coffee machine or pods, and very little information or communication from the hotel throughout our stay. There were none of those small details that make a stay feel considered or give you a sense that you’re actually staying in a hotel.
We were upgraded to a balcony room, which was appreciated, although these rooms are actually smaller, so it didn’t really feel like an upgrade in practical terms.
The room was noticeably dusty, and the layout of the bathroom was particularly poor, with the toilet separated from the bedroom by a glass partition. It doesn’t offer much privacy and feels like a design choice that prioritises appearance over practicality.
Overall, I came away feeling that the hotel has so much more potential than it currently delivers. There are some good foundations, but the lack of attention to detail and the absence of basic facilities make the experience feel somewhat underdeveloped. It feels like the owners could do considerably more to elevate the experience and make the hotel feel special, rather than simply providing somewhere to sleep.

Schoon, nieuw hotel, goed georganiseerd, op loopafstand van het strand, 350 m, en ook van de oude stad, op zo'n 1500 meter. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de stad.
El hotel esta en la zona opuesta al centro, pero en omnibus estas en 5 min, sin problema. Estas a una cuadra de la playa Ondarreta. Si queres ir caminando al centro son 15 min, todo por la costa y es un paseo tanto de dia como de noche hermoso. Hotel que recomiendo y me volveria a quedar
