Pros:

Отель расположен очень удачно, территория большая и красивая, не чувствуется , что в толпе, хотя отель почти весь был заполнен. Завтрак в отдельном ресторане - отличный, ужины тоже очень достойные

Cons:

Советую бронировать через сайт отеля, т.к. при брони через сторонние сервисы не включен трансфер до аэропорта

Frokosten var veldig bra, godt utvalg og lite kø.
Gode muligheter for ulike alternativ til solsenger.
Elsket lobbyen med fin musikk og kortspill om kveldene.

Cons:

Sengene var litt harde.

Lo rifarei, siamo stati davvero bene!
Pros:

Enorme ma nello stesso tempo ogni angolo accogliente, pulitissima, immersa nel verde, piscine stupende, vista eccezionale, la spa meravigliosa (ma su prenotazione e a pagamento, non è mai affollata) camere grandi, letti king size, bar e ristoranti ovunque! Sei in un oasi. Usciti dal resort sei sulla passeggiata lungo mare, con bei negozi e bei locali.

Cons:

Le spiagge su cui si affaccia belle da vedere ma mi aspettavo un mare più bello, purtroppo essendo molto aperte e di sabbia non hai l’effetto acqua limpida.

Slow service but apart from that 5*
Pros:

Our second time, for a 5* hotel in a 5* location with 5* facilities we would really recommend this hotel for both couples & families. Only downside is the slow service everywhere. Pool bar - now only serving spritz drinks, beers or soft drinks (no cocktails) but still takes far too long for a member of staff to arrive to take any orders. Similarly in the laguna bar, only 1 person taking orders at tables so again a long wait for service and food/drinks. The plaza bar at night is again slow with service. Disappointed they “closed the outside bar” at 11:30pm when the World Cup was still playing. Surely they are losing lots of custom from this??? One thing that definitely needs improving!!! Also, adults only area would be good! Too many kids around the pool bar area. Other than that rooms, etc were perfect. Cleaning great. Breakfast ok but does get repetitive!

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful but the entertainment was poor , started the same time as dinner so if you finish your dinner at 21.30 you would just get half hour and thats it, the food repetitive, brekfast would take half hour to have an omolette, the chef only had a cooker to make this for a hotel capacity over 1000 people imagine over summer period not a 5 stars service, the receptionist simply ignored our requests , took 2 hours for a housekeeper to come and delivery our requests, it was such an awful experience , this holidays were for my partner bday and just made such an awful experience

Great hotel- definitely go there again
Pros:

Definitely 5 star, great location, lots of pools and areas to relax. Near the beach and lovely walks along the promenade. Staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and the hotel and surrounding areas are kept very clean. Highly recommend. Travelled with 3 teenagers, something for everyone. Near Aquapark, definitely worth a trip.
