La piscina

Cons:

Para los canarios que vamos de fin de semana ha dejado de ser una buena opción, ya que entras el sábado a las 14.00 y al día siguiente tienes qie marcharte a las 12.00 sin opción a quedarte en la piscina el domingo, como ocurría antes. Para mí que son tengo ese tiempo libre, este hotel dejó de ser una opción viable

Entre vegetación y agua de muchas y buenas piscinas
Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda
El recito es inmenso y con buen gusto
El desayuno muy bueno( yo era UNIQUE)
Todo muy bien

Cons:

Todo hubiera sido perfecto
Pero el spa no me gustó Y hay una piscina de sal, caí y tragué agua . Me dio una reacción alérgica y me hundía
Tenía socorriste pero no estaba en su sitio
Sin la ayuda de mi mujer, lo hubiera pasado mal
Luego apeteció me dio un vaso de agua y ni me preguntó cómo estaba . Por cierto no tiene ascensor al spa que está en un sótano
En fin sin el spa hubiera sido un 10

Nunca pongo reseñas de este tipo, pero esta vez peligro mi integridad y pase todo el día tosiendo

Aconsejo el hotel al 100 por 100 pero para ser una experiencia única, evite el spa

Multumiri speciale dlui. Zorilio de la barul piscinei Unique; foarte amabil si deschis tuturor solicitarilor noastre.
Esplanada cladirii principale a hotelului continuata cu piscina infinity este instagramabila...
De vis...totul!!

la atención especial del club unique. Ya habíamos visitado el hotel en otras ocasiones pero sin ser club unique y la diferencia es abismal. muy recomendable. Volveremos de nuevo.

Hotel is very nice, but I can’t say I felt unique :)
Cons:

The unique package isn’t worth the money, the value it gives is very minimal. I even mentioned in the hotel that I prefer to cancel it in the middle of the trip, but they asked me to contact booking as they are paying fees and they can’t help me directly.

Worst experience ever
Pros:

Nothing really, we expected much more considering how much we were paying.

Cons:

On our first day after breakfast, my family and I searched throughout the hotel for four available sunbeds but were unable to find any. We therefore asked a member of hotel staff for assistance.

The member of staff directed us to the Unique Pool and personally placed us on four sunbeds where the hotel’s notices had already been left because they had been reserved with towels but apparently unused for well over an hour.

While my husband and children were in the pool, the guest approached me and accused me of taking her sunbeds. Despite my explaining that a member of hotel staff had specifically placed us there, she continued shouting at me aggressively for approximately ten minutes and at one point threw her purse onto the sunbed beside me in an attempt to reclaim it.

What concerns me particularly is that, despite the confrontation being loud and prolonged, no member of staff intervened to de-escalate the situation or check on my wellbeing afterwards.

Several guests who witnessed the incident subsequently told hotel staff, including two managers and the member of staff responsible for the sunbeds, that they had witnessed similar confrontations involving the same guest during previous days.

Given this background, we were extremely surprised that, following the incident and after management had been made aware of what had happened, the same guest was subsequently placed directly behind our family.

This made an already uncomfortable situation considerably worse and left us feeling that the seriousness of what had happened had not been recognised.

We understand that a hotel cannot control the behaviour of every individual guest. Our complaint is therefore not simply about the behaviour of another guest.
