Pros:

Tout était parfait : l'emplacement, l'accueil, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, la décoration... Nous y avons également dîné et c'était très bien.

A lovely place to base a stay in Arta
Pros:

The situation at the top of the town was beautiful and there was a large free car park nearby. There is a short walk down to the main shopping street of Arta and historical sights are right next to the hotel. The hotel was welcoming and staff were very lovely and helpful. We ate well in the hotel restaurant on two nights.

Tout était parfait !👌un établissement au top un havre de paix avec tout le personnel aux petits soins avec ses hôtes !convivialité accueil sympathie professionnalisme !et un petit déjeuner avec uniquement des produits frais dans un extérieur idyllique !j espère y revenir car si triste de partir de ce lieu

We had a wonderful two night break in Arta and would certainly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Excellent accommodation. Our room had a balcony from which we could see the sun setting over views of Arta. The elevated position next to Sant Salvador enhances this boutique hotel. The breakfast offering is second to none. Good sauna in the spa. The staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The spa facilities are small and the area around the jacuzzi is dangerously slippery. Protective slip free mats should be installed on the steps and surround in order to improve safety.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Hotel Nema in Artà. Schon beim Betreten merkt man, dass hier alles liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmt ist – von der stilvollen Innenarchitektur über die harmonischen Farben bis hin zur ausgewählten Kunst, die dem Haus eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre verleiht.

Das Hotel ist durchweg sauber, wirklich auf einem Niveau, das man selten findet. Auch Essen und Getränke waren hervorragend – frisch, geschmackvoll und mit viel Sinn fürs Detail zubereitet.

Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns das aufmerksame Personal. Man fühlt sich rundum gut betreut, ohne dass es aufgesetzt wirkt. Wenn man draußen sitzt und eine Mücke vorbeifliegt, steht sofort jemand mit Mückenspray bereit – kleine Gesten, die den Aufenthalt einfach angenehm machen.

Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Hotel, das Design, Qualität und Herzlichkeit perfekt verbindet.

Comfortable, clean, and relaxing hotel with extremely friendly and efficient staff.
Pros:

The staff are brilliant, very efficient and very helpful. The rooms are clean, well appointed along with the restaurant and spa. It is all well managed and a pleasant time was had.

Cons:

The pool is not large and in summer it could be an issue.
