For this being a short notice stay, as we had to suddenly find a hotel on little notice, this was an amazing place for us. The room was spotless, bed was very comfy and shower was lovely and clean. It was also nice to have a large fridge with a small added freezer compartment. The communication was also very good throughout the stay and with online as we booked taxis to and from the Malaga airport before the trip and couldn't have asked for a nicer driver, despite the language barrier they were extremely patient and we found the taxis being the cheapest around as a bonus. The surrounding area was also very nice with transport a short distance away, and a beach not too far. The people were all friendly and we loved the quiet atmosphere. We would love to stay again and recommend to anyone thinking of staying. Thank-you for the lovely stay and all the help you gave!
The only thing we'd love to see improved is a kettle with tea and coffee facilties, but other than that, no complaints at all.

Good location close to centre of Velez Málaga and within walking distance of the beach and the fortress. Large room with air-conditioning.
Room had dust under the bed. Curtain rail fell down twice. The door to room needed fixing. The hotel supplied a kettle but no cups. Building works were being carried out drilling, plastering, and painting. There wasn't enough hot water for 2 people to shower. Not staffed 24h. The booking says breakfast included but no breakfast was available.
