Estuvimos 2 horas esperando para entrar en la habitación, toallas rotas, sin papel higiénico, la puerta no se cerraba, no podíamos poner agua fría en el lavabo, el recepcionista pésimo,....

Si bien al principio tuvimos un problema con la reserva, todo el personal era encantador y me ayudó con la máxima atención!

También a la mañana siguiente me ayudaron con taxi, y la necesidad de imprimir unos documentos! Personal muy encantador!

La cercanía de la playa.

Cons:

No me gusto, no había toallas ninguna en el baño, tuve que pedirlas. La piscina pequeña, 8 ama as para todo el hotel, y encima ocupadas, porque la gente ponía la toalla y se iva, y siempre estaban ocupadas. La comida malisima, el melon era pepino, y la piña ni Le habían quitado el tronco. Pero el que prepara la fruta no la prueva? La habitación pequeña, no, lo siguiente, solo una ventana, ni balcón ni nada. Hab. 108. Y podría seguir más, pero ya está. Muchas gracias.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Tout est vraiment très bien : emplacement , service , les repas. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des personnes travaillant au restaurant de l’hôtel ( serveurs, cuisinier)

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas assez insonorisées .

Lo unico que puedo añadir es la ubicacion a la playa

Cons:

La comida estaba fria, las toallas en la habitacion tenian manchas, extra no se asigno la habitacion recervada la explicacion que la categoria recervada estaban todas llenas cosa que no puede ser posible ya que si pagas por un precio mas caro por una mejor categoria no te pueden asignar una economica , no obstante al entrar a las paginas de recerva aun tenian disponibilidad para la superior aun asi no quusieron hacer el cambio. Muy mala experiencia. Otro punto robaron a unos clientes del hotel a puertas del alojamiento y no pudieron ayudarlos a llamar a la policia
