Bella struttura! Nuova e ottima posizione, con qualche attenzione in più a qualche dettaglio sarebbe perfetta.
Pros:

Lo stile! Nuova e ben curata!

Cons:

La vasca idromassaggio nel terrazzino privato non aveva molta privacy, e in caso di pioggia difficile da usare dato che non aveva una copertura sopra.
Non c’era il bidet in bagno.

Mar Suites is literally an oasis of beauty, peace and relaxation. Every detail is perfectly thought of. The breakfast is a feast and every dish prepared by chef Jorge a joy for one's taste buds. The staff is exceptional: Celena (reception), Juan and Andii ( waiters) and Harry (housekeeping) are not only professionally impeccable but also magnificent human beings.

Muy agradable y bien atendida.
Pros:

la atención de los trabajadores, incluido el director. llegué muy tarde con un problema debido a la tormenta que inundó ese día Ibiza, muy disgustada por no haberme podido comunicar con el Hotel para que me enviaran un taxi y la recepcionista me ayudó y me buscó un delivery para poder comer, ya que la cocina no funcionaba. Al día siguiente también el director se interesó y me ayudó a resolver el resto de problemas.

Cons:

El que llamé desde el barco varias veces al teléfono que aparece en su web y también les envié mails a la dirección que ustedes me habían estado enviando durante toda la semana y con lo único que pude comunicar fue un contestador que me decía que no podía dejar mensajes porque estaba lleno.
Mi llegada a EsPuyol fue terrible, porque era de noche andando por la carretera y nadie conocía el Hotel.
Creo que deberían ustedes de poner un número de teléfono en el que atendieran, ya que tienen ustedes recepción 24 horas.
