Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. They have done a fantastic job when renovating this historical building. However, it's quite pricey for what you get and you have pay extra for a lot of things that are standard in hotels of this category & price bracket. Furthermore, and more importantly service was very hit & miss. Although some staff were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful, there were others where service levels left a lot to be desired and others where they were even downright rude. Guest relations were a joke and assistance & information when trying to make restaurant bookings at the hotel were almost non existent. Bear this in mind when staying here as they are few other restaurants around.
Hotel management need to realise that when billing yourself as a 5 star 'Gran Lujo' establishment this doesn't just apply to the building, it applies to the levels of service provided and here this hotel has been found severely wanting

酒店的一切都很棒。周边环境很特别，酒店内部的装饰风格我很喜欢。整个酒店也让人仿佛穿越回20世纪初。工作人员热情，酒店的餐厅也不错。
Beautiful hotel, our room was great. Only issue was internet was nearly impossible to log into. We had to ask desk staff several times to assist and finally night before leaving we were able to get ipads on system. There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service on devices. Finally desk staff did something on their computer for us, said wait 15 min, but took about an hour to get wifi on devices. Staff at desk tried, but this needs to be fixed on a higher level.

Hôtel confortable mais le personnel manque de formation à l’hôtellerie de luxe. Nous avons constaté plusieurs fois un manque d’attention à la clientèle : par exemple, très longue attente inacceptable à l’enregistrement. Un autre exemple : on préfère continuer à trier des menus ou plier des serviettes plutôt que d’accueillir les clients. On attend qu’une queue se forme !
Egalement problèmes de communication car tout le personnel ne parle pas au moins l’anglais...
Superbe séjour en famille, dans un paysage extraordianire au calme ou on ne s attend pas tombet sur une infrastructure interminable et splendide qui avec ses anciennes installations ferroviaires abandonnées nous font voyager dans le temps.

Une ancienne gare abandonné transformer en un lieu incroyable!!! L’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique y a pas d’autre mot.
Tout le personnel que ce soit à l’entrée . Accueil , bar , restaurant spa femme de ménage … tout le monde est très agréable et aux petits soins avec vous .
La chambre est spacieuse , j’ai dormi comme un bébé !!!
Petit déjeuner très complet buffet +carte !
N’hésitez pas et allez y passer une nuit ou plus .

Lo único que no nos gustó es que la cama de las niñas no la tenían preparada y tuvimos que solicitarlo más allá de las 10 de la noche para que la hicieran.
Séjour convenable et agréable mais la chambre est beaucoup trop chère : même pas de mouchoirs …… et quand on paye 250€ le parking devrait être gratuit.

Hotel molto particolare essendo ricavato da una vecchia stazione ferroviaria. Camera e bagno eleganti e dotati di tutti i servizi. Ottima la colazione e il ristorante.

At home we read about this very special hotel and our goal was to come here one day. We are very happy about our 2nights stay. The history is amazing, the renovation is amazing, the whole hotel is amazing with a luxury feeling. We are so happy we went here.
Very nice ultra luxury hotel but the rooms are very small for a 5 stars and we had a suit .
