The hotel is well positioned, modern, good bathroom facilities, and good breakfasts.
The dining room has no natural light
Lovely property, beautifully decorated in what feels like a 30s theme. Beds were comforable and the location was good not far from the seafront and the town centre. Parking is availablle on the street directly across from the hotel. Receptionist was polite ahd helpful especially providing directons to the old town and nearby restaurants.
The rooms in this hotei are on the ground floor only. The rroom we were assigned opened onto a terrace a couple of feet away from the main road which was noisy enough, but the apartment above us was undergoing reonovations which involved hearvy drilling and hammering. Why we were assigned this room is beyond me as it was clearly not suitable for occupation with the noise level which we were told was likely to go one into the evening. When we objected it was suggested that we could leave with a full refund but as it was late in the aftrnoon and we were staying for two nights finding somewhere suitable was going to be difficult. However when we were about to leave suddenly another larger room in another area of the hotel was found. However, while the rooms are pleasant, clean and comforable the walls between are not sufficienlty sound proof so that television, showers and people talking can be heard into the late evening and longer.
Breakfast is in a small, pleasant dining room in the basement. Food choice is mostly continental with not a lot of choice.
There is no bar or lounge area for guests beyond the front lobby which is quite small and with limited seating.

El personal de recepción. Muy educados y atentos en todo momento. El hotel está muy nuevo.
Habitación pequeña y oscura. El hotel está en la primera planta de un edificio de viviendas y comparte con el edificio servicios como agua caliente, etc. Algún día no hubo agua caliente hasta medio día. Se echa en falta espacios comunes donde poder estar cuando no estás en la habitación. No me explico que sea un tres estrellas. El servicio de habitaciones se hace a medio día y por la tarde
Sehr familiäres, gemütliches Hotel mit bequemem Bett. Sehr ruhig. Gutes Frühstück.
