Excellent hotel and very helpful staff
Pros:

The history of the building, the friendliness of the staff and the excellent location

Cons:

Some impractical issues like the location of the bathroom once you open the door, the presence of clothes cabinets inside the bathroom itself and not in the bedroom.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, but quite expensive. It is very well located, pleasant, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Finding it can be a bit challenging because Google Maps provides incorrect directions, and you need to notify the hotel in advance if you are arriving by car. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Cons:

The breakfasts could be slightly better considering the overall quality of the hotel. They are good, but compared to the otherwise excellent standard of the property, they could be a little more refined and varied.

Loevly hotel small Rooms but needs a few finishing touches

Location amazing Staff were exemplary

Cons:

Room was divided by a wardrobe to seperate the bedroom and bathroom which made the bedroom somewhat compact The WC facility in the room not good Fixed shower gel and shampoo are too high and not good for a 5 star hotel this is not a Premier Inn the need for luxury loose toiletries is a must

Pros:

Absolute perfection! An incredible 10/10 stay! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Granada, and the room was beautiful and comfortable. The highlight was the staff - when Alhambra was sold out online, they worked absolute magic to secure us a last minute visit. To top it all off, the rooftop terrace is stunning and offers amazing view. We highly reccommend this beautiful hotel and will definitely come back.

Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff who made you feel special at all times. The breakfast was among the best I’ve ever had at a hotel — not because of the size of the selection, but because of the exceptional quality of the ingredients. Best location in the city near Alhambra.

Cons:

The weekend went by far too quickly — I truly wish I could have stayed longer. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about.

Would highly recommend that you stay in this hotel whenever you visit Granada.
Pros:

This hotel is exceptional as the quality and service are outstanding.
The staff were charming, professional and extremely welcoming.
The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and the roof terrace was wonderful for early evening drinks and afternoon coffee.
Breakfast had a wonderful range of food and choice.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have somewhere to hang up wet towels as no hooks in the bathroom.
