Perfect location to explore Granada
Pros:

Staff superb, accommodation high quality, atmosphere welcoming. Excellent restaurant. Parking handled seamlessly. Big issue in Granada.

Cons:

Lack of wardrobe space and drawers; no ironing board. Generally, storage poor. Weird electrical system in room. Unable to charge phones or laptops unless room occupied.

Excellent hotel from which to explore Granada
Pros:

Lovely property, close to the cathedral and walking distance to all of the sites. Great roof terrace from which to watch the sunset. Their sangria was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, nice shower and separate bath. Felt newly renovated. Very helpful staff. Spa was nice and again staff really welcoming. Good gym with equipment available 24 hour. We did not have breakfast as there were lots of coffee shops nearby but looked good. Did eat in bar the first night and food was good. I should also add that the concierge was fantastic. She gave us great recommendations and organised a 2 day ticket for 55 euros each to the el Alhambra and open access to the key sites including the cathedral (I had been trying to get one for the Alhambra online for over 6 weeks but failed due to popularity). We really appreciated her help.

Cons:

Small thing, and probably due to the time of year, but the roof bar closed at 6pm just before sunset. We then realised that the staff in the ground floor bar would bring up drinks if requested, but you had to go down to ask. We were there in February and until then the weather had been awful so we did understand why.
