Pros:

Exceptional and very tasteful. Staff were amazing and highly professional. Very attentive and focused on the guest. The hotel rooms were very luxurious and breakfast was exquisite.

The service was excellent - equalling the best we have experienced. The location was great for the town, eateries, the Alhambra and the Albaicin

The roof terrace was very good, but lacking in critical mass because limited to residents. Perhaps this could be improved by opening up access to guests from other 5 star hotels in the vicinity.

Great luxury stay in very convenient location.
Pros:

The location fantastic, our corner room balcony was really nice to be able to open the doors and step outside. Although on a major street, the windows kept almost all the noise out, nice views of the ginko lined street, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, great service. Location was very convenient central to everywhere we wanted to go.

Cons:

Some of the food at restaurant was very good, other dishes not quite as good as expected.
