Pros:

The double bed was terribly uncomfortable and the second bedroom did not have air conditioning so it was very warm and stuffy. If you opened the doors it was loud until the wee hours. The shower was so small you can’t even turn around in it.

Our stay at Lucas house was great. The location, service and cleanliness were all very good. Our unit had a lovely terrace. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. The bed in the 2nd bedroom wasn’t overly comfortable but everything else was great. I would recommend

The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and with lots of extra touches that added for a superior experience.
Although we had a little issue with the microwave, the management staff had maintenance come and replace it within 5 minutes. So this is what makes a place 5-stars. Things break and fail all the time, it is how you recover that makes the difference.
Definitely a highly recommended place to stay in Sitges.

A wonderfully located spot, on a pretty quiet, yet very central street.
I’ve stayed in the building prior to Sitges Group taking over, and the refurb has been subtle yet very well done.

Pros:

I have been going to Sitges for the 3 years, and I alway stay at this location. The location is the best, the space in the apartment is plenty, and it feels cozy like home yet you know you’re on vacation because the beach is two blocks away. I give this place a 10.

Loved our stay at Lucas House, fabulous location right in the centre of Sitges. Shops, bars, restaurants and beach all within a few minutes walk. The apartment was very large and comfortable with air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice renovated apartment in a nice building with elevator. One of the bathrooms is tiny and one of the bedrooms doesn’t have AC so will get hot.

Our stay at Lucas House surpassed our expectations. Our duplex was modern, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. It was very spacious and extremely comfortable for five of us. The keyless entry, the air conditioning and the elevator were greatly appreciated. It was a very short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The staff at the main office were very friendly and helpful. We plan to return!
