Wonderfully clean and welcoming.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect, in the very heart of the city, yet in a quiet spot. The Catedral was within 1 minute walking distance, and the central market within 5.

The room was spotlessly clean and truly comfortable. It had a kitchenette as well, a coffee machine and a teapot. We got a free upgrade to a balcony triple room which gave us nice fresh air in the morning. The room was quiet and the hotel is organized in a way that ensures lots of privacy. The convenience set provided included even a shaving set and a comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, and everything you would possibly need. The bath cosmetics were of good quality.

The staff at the reception were very welcoming and truly helpful. Also the reception is open 24h which makes it easy to check in any time you arrive.

The weakest point was breakfast, as it was a lot less abundant compared to other hotels of this rating that we stayed in, yet I would still call it a good breakfast. As much as the choice was a bit limited, and if you came at 7.30 sharp you would need to wait a moment for the hot food and orange juice to be available, there were still local products available, such as jamon serrano or local cheese. It was also a plus that scrambled eggs were freshly madę from eggs, not from egg powder. Unfortunately, during our 3 day stay, tortilla de patatas was only available once. Considering the fact that the hotel is relatively small, this all makes sense and probably prevents food waste. The sweet buffet was great, in turn, and our son loved it. All in all, the food was fresh, and enough to stay for a couple of days.

Fabulous stay made more fabulous by the staff
Pros:

I stayed here on a ladies weekend away. There was 6 of us and we all loved this place. Loved the rooms decoration, the items provided ( such a mini cleaning pack for the kitchen and even a dental palming the bathroom), beds were super comfy. Staff are outstanding and a total asset to this hotel. Location smack bang in the middle of everything. Great breakfast.

There is not one thing I can fault here.

Fantastic location, facilities and staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location - just steps away from restaurants and historical sites, but tucked away from street noise. Rooms are beautiful clean and comfortable… and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Very pleased and highly recommend

La posizione, la kichenette in camera.

Cons:

Il lavandino piccolo, senza bidet il bagno. I comodini sono dei tavolini traballanti e scomodi dove si inciampa facilmente. Odore di fogna in sala colazione e sulla scala al piano terra.
