An absolutely fantastic hotel in the heart of Valencia!
What an amazing experience! This hotel is a true gem in Valencia. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, yet somehow the rooms are incredibly quiet and peaceful. And speaking of the rooms, they are simply stunning! Beautifully designed, spacious and exceptionally comfortable.
But what really makes this hotel special is the incredible staff. From the warm welcome by the manager at reception to the countless tips and recommendations throughout our stay, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
A very special thank you to Joao, who was simply outstanding! His enthusiasm, kindness and genuine interest in helping us discover Valencia were extraordinary. He had so many great ideas and recommendations and was always happy to help. You could really tell that he loved making guests feel at home.
The combination of beautiful rooms, a perfect location and such genuinely wonderful people made our stay unforgettable.
We absolutely loved every minute and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! We will definitely be back!

La posizione è un plus di questo hotel. La stanza è moderna e la colazione ottima anche se non abbondantissima. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile. Per la palestra è necessaria una prenotazione, in pratica si ha la palestra tutta per sè.
Il balcone è molto piccolo e hanno qualche problemino nel chiamare i taxi. Ho aspettato tanto tempo, non arrivava, e alla fine sono dovuto andarmelo a prendere in piazza con tutte le valige. Una conclusione del soggiorno non degna di tutta l'esperienza che avevo avuto in precedenza nell'hotel.

Das Hotel verfügt nicht über eine Dachterrasse. Für den Willkommens-Drink muss man zu einem anderen Hotel laufen.

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Kathedrale. Gute Betten und eine Küchezeile im Zimmer, sogar mit Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Auf dem kleinen Balkon konnten wir frühstücken. Die Glocken der Kathedrale waren von 0 bis 8 Uhr ausgeschaltet, wodurch die Nächte erstaunlich ruhig waren. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplatz am Hotel. Der späte Checkout um 12 Uhr war sehr angenehm.
Die Zufahrt zum Hotel war etwas herausfordernd.

This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. The room was immaculate and the staff were so lovely. We will be returning the next time we go back to Valencia. They were brilliant!
Nothing, the shower didn’t drain 100% but that was me being really picky. Other than that I cannot find a fault!
Amazing location! Very clean and beautiful rooms.
The staff who were on shift during the day were amazing. But in the evenings there was a girl who didn’t even put her head up when we would walk past and say hello, we would get ignored or looked at… made us uncomfortable - this shouldn’t happen at a hotel like this. (the boy in the evenings, he was very polite and helpful).
