Super friendly staff, excellent food, would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Beautiful location, and very nicely decorated.

Cons:

The shower was difficult to use, veering between boiling and freezing, you have to tune it very finely.

Nous reviendrons en été pour une piscine plus chaude ! Car ce lieu est vraiment beau !
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant, de délicate attention dans la chambre.
L’emplacement parfait, une chambre propre, une vue superbe sur la mer.
Un petit déjeuner, avec un large choix.

Cons:

Sur l’application, cela est noté que la piscine est chauffée.
Hors pas du tout, la piscine était complètement froide.
Mais le personnel nous a proposé une alternative dès notre arrivée en nous prévenant de cela.

Charming Boutique Stay in Llafranc
Pros:

A beautiful, peaceful hotel just steps from the beach. Stylish decor, spotless rooms, homemade breakfast each morning. The staff Tianna and Sofia, were incredibly warm and helpful, offering great local tips. A perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm – we’ll definitely be back!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse expérience chez Isabella’s à Llafranc ! L’atmosphère était détendue et accueillante, la nourriture délicieuse, et l’emplacement absolument magnifique. Un grand merci à Tianna pour son service attentionné et chaleureux — elle a vraiment rendu notre visite encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement !

Pros:

El alojamiento tiene mucho encanto. La habitación con muy buena temperatura.
La ubicación es muy buena y el desayuno muy acorde al tamaño del hotel y cantidad de huéspedes además de buena calidad.

Cons:

Existe deterioro de algunas instalaciones, falta de mantenimiento del edificio que repito, es encantador.
Con ventanas abiertas el ruido de madrugada es notable, cerrado perfecto.
En cuánto a la limpieza, aunque es correcta, el sábado por la mañana cuando vinieron a hacer la habitación les comentamos que pasaran algo más tarde, ya que nos estábamos duchando...ya no pasaron y no se limpió la habitación, ni se hizo la cama ni retiraron las toallas que dejamos para cambio.
La cafetera del office de la planta no funcionaba. Lo comentamos pero no hubo intervención alguna.

The room spoilt our stay
Pros:

Lovely location so was able to walk out straight to the beach for a pre breakfast swim.
Breakfast was fine and staff very helpful.

Cons:

We booked for a luxury room and it was anything but luxurious.No windowa,aglss door that opend onto a tiny atrium,and anybody could then look into our room.
Room was very dark with poor lighting.You didn't want to spend any time in it.just. one hook for.towels.
Forthe money we paid it was very disappointing.

Ubicación perfecta.
Desayuno.. casi todo embutido para bocadillos y poca selección de otro tipo de cosas para gente con intolerancia al gluten o que les gusten tipos de desayunos algo diferentes. No había opción a poder pedir unos huevos, un poco de Salmon, aguacate. Un hotel de 4 estrellas debería tener un desayuno mas surtido. El producto que había era bueno,
habitación pequeña.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación no nos gusto. era supuestamente una suite con piscina. Habitación excesivamente pequeña. Todo a la vista, No había perchas para colgar las toallas. No había ni siquiera una silla y una mesa para poner un ordenador, poca capacidad para armario, un espejo pequeño, en el baño, ni un solo cajón, ni un vaso para dejar el cepillo de dientes, cuadro eléctrico a la vista, la puerta de la terraza no cerraba bien, las cortinas desgastadas, la piscina mal pintada.. en fin MUY INCOMODA para pagar una suite .

Viajamos con otra pareja y su habitación era mucho mas amplia y cómoda

Pros:

Todo es encantador! Desde que llegas te reciben con una deliciosa cava de la zona; la amabilidad del equipo de recepción es excelente.
La habitación que tuvimos muy iluminada con el paisaje natural y las vistas al mar.
Sin duda es un hotel para dejarse perder por su encanto y su comida!
Recomendadisimo!
