Preciosa habitación, mala insonorización
Pros:

La arquitectura del edificio, el diseño de la habitación, la terraza de la habitación

Cons:

La insonorización. Estábamos alojados en la habitación Roca y se oía absolutamente todo de la habitación de al lado. Nada agradable. Además, la primera noche, el personal del hotel encendieron la ventilación del edificio antes de las 7am de la mañana y en nuestra habitación se escuchaba una barbaridad y nos despertó. Pedimos si la podían apagar y, con mucha amabilidad, la apagaron al instante. Al día siguiente la encendieron más tarde. Pero si quieres ir a la habitación durante el día a descansar se escuchaba el ruido del aparato fuertísimo todo el día que está encendido…

Great hotel,
Pros:

The reception area was always staffed and very friendly greeting. The room was spotless and nice bathroom. Beautiful decor and excellent location. Central, but not a really noisy area at night.

Cons:

One point off for the room being right in the entrance hall so you can hear everyone coming and going. But not too bad

Pros:

El edificio es un palacete muy bonito y la restauración se ha hecho muy bien.

Cons:

Las duchas tienen algo de moho en las esquinas y hay óxido en los metales, faltaba un mueble de apoyo en el baño para dejar la ropa. Las camas estaban muy mal hechas, sin cuidado alguno, con almohadas tiradas de mala manera.

Pros:

Super localisation, en plein centre ! Personnel accueillant et aidant. Chambre très cosy et très propre. Super terrasse !

Cons:

Literie un peu dure. Et dommage de ne pas avoir de petit déjeuner alors que tout s’y prête !

Our belongings were stolen!! On the last day of our stay, we packed all our belongings into suitcases and left the hotel. Later, we went back to pick up our suitcases and went to the airport. When we arrived home, we realized that my friends and I were missing our original uniforms, makeup, creams, and perfumes from our suitcases. We are sure they were stolen at the hotel because we had all our belongings with us on the plane. When we reported the incident to the hotel, they told us they checked the security camera footage and questioned the cleaning staff, but found nothing. Of course, the staff wouldn't admit to stealing them. I recommend choosing a different hotel rather than experiencing the fear of being robbed at the hotel you stayed at.

I understand that there is no kitchen, but some fresh orange juice and some croissants/pastries in the morning would go a long way.

Personnel et lieu super mais hélas pas mal à améliorer
Pros:

Hyper bien placé, jolie décoration. Grande chambre (suite)
Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Petit plus pour le petit dej de courtoisie.

Cons:

J’avais choisi la suite plus cher exprès pour la baignoire er il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Très déçue du coup car j avais choisi pour ça. Aussi, la Clim est super bruillante. Enfin, le ménage n’est pas bien fait il y a plein de poussière et il y avait des choses sous le rideau.
