Au coeur de santa ana
Pros:

Emplacement au top ! Très belle décoration et accueil très courtois.
La chambre est très bien équipée.
9 au lieu de 10 car pas de fenêtre qui offre une vue directe sur l'extérieur même si cela est compensé par un effet architectural des plus original et agréable dans la douche.
Belvédère sur le toit fantastique pour une vue sur toute la ville avec un bar ... ascenseur et hall magnifique

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht! Der kleine Raum war voll! Auf der Sitzbank lagen viele Krümmel!
Wasser für Tee reichte nur für 1/2 Tasse! Obst sah sehr alt aus(Bananen waren fast schwarz)!Marmelade war nur abgepackt erhältlich! Auswahl sehr überschaubar! Vorgefertigte Schnittchen sahen aus, als ob sie Stunden alt waren! Ungekühlt, versteht sich!

Frühstück, Qualität der Handtücher im Bad!
Kühlschrank im Zimmer kühlte nicht! Der Kühlschrank war übrigens bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt Anfang Dezember 2025 schon defekt!
Im Zimmer eine Kakerlake gefunden!
Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of old town
Pros:

Everything!
The room was lovely, great bed and everything spotlessly clean. Good breakfast and service in the morning. There is a fabulous rooftop terrace with stunning views for drinks and snacks. What makes this hotel though are all its fantastic staff who are so helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be back here next time we’re in Gran Canaria.
