Charming and comfortable.
Pros:

If you looking for a spacious room with super comfortable bed and all the amenities you could think of, in a beautifully renovated historical building located in the center of old town, this is the place. The roof terrace is when all the charm can be experienced.
Nerea's customer service skills are top of the league.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Wonderful stay at the heart of old Las Palmas
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Location, staff were amazing with tips and all, super friendly! Room was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice! I would totally recommend it!

Cons:

Just a suggestion.. there were some nice events going on at the hotel, that guests could be informed of, because we might have also liked to join…

La ubicación es buenísima, justo en el corazón de Vegueta

Cons:

El hotel, en general, tenía un olor peculiar, que personalmente no me gustaba, pero es algo muy personal.
El precio es demasiado alto para ir una persona sola, tampoco tiene la habitación una amplitud que lo justifique. yo creo que el precio es por la ubicación. De resto es un hotel estándar

Si vas a estar fuera de las habitación bien.
Pros:

La ubicación y la limpieza.

Cons:

Horrible el ruido. Se escucha todo desde la calle y desde la recepción/pasillo.
Se escuchan las bajantes de otras habitaciones.
El aislamiento acústico no existe ni en ventanas, puertas ni trasdosados.

Fantastic location in Old Town to explore Las Palmas.
Pros:

Location is very central in the old town overlooking a lovely plaza, staff on front desk were really helpful, large room with comfortable bed and great shower. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast tee and instant coffee would have been great to have in the room, possibly with some milk in the fridge. Breakfast choice was good but limited. The staff on the roof top terrace could have been a bit more welcoming and attentive but the view was excellent.

What a find… in the heart of old town Las Palmas

Lieu et prestation de très grande qualité.
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel, bâtiment historique, décoration raffinée, petit déjeuner copieux et personnel très arrangeant et professionnel. Terrasse sur le toit magnifique pour boire un verre.

Cons:

Rien c'était vraiment parfait.

Superbe séjour dans la vieille ville
Pros:

Hotel tres bien placé dans un bâtiment ancien place Santa Ana dans la vieille ville à 1 minutes de la Cathédrale et 5 minutes du marché dd Vegueta. Très confortable, grande hauteur de plafond, grande salle de bain, très propre, bien décoré, terrasse et Belvédère sur le toit. Calme, bon petit déjeuner dans petite salle près de l’accueil. Amabilité du personnel .

Cons:

Si vous êtes en voiture , pas d’accord de l’hôtel avec un parking à côté , du coup assez cher 31 euro par 24 heures! ( pas de conseil sur un parking plus abordable)
