Super obsluga, mily zespol hotelu, wystrój wewnątrz bardzo korespondujący z otoczeniem. Wspaniale wyżywienie - rozmaitość posiłków i dobra obsługa. Spokój i cisza -doskonale miejsce dla par. Pokój z własnym zejściem do basenu - super!

Troszkę więcej staranności w sprzątaniu pokoju ale to Lanzarote ... bez napinki..:)

Hôtel à la déco soignée et aux prestations haut de gamme très bien situé .. à recommander !

Grande chambre orienté sur le jardin de lave avec vue mer à la décoration contemporaine , sobre et haut de gamme, accès au buffet Magical et piscine chauffée adultes only comparé au BARCELO Playa Blanca , top !!

Ein großes Hotel für EINEN Urlaub, mehr nicht.
Pros:

Insgesamt war die Auswahl des Essens sehr groß. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Das Hotel war sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Von 7 Abenden hat man uns 3 Mal den Wein falsch gebracht. Auch war der Service ziemlich unkoordiniert und man hatte den Eindruck das Personal im Restaurant war nicht richtig angelernt. Ferner hatten wir einen Schaden an unserer Kleidung, da die Eingangstür gestrichen wurde OHNE Warnhinweis. Bisher gab es da keine Rückmeldung!

It is a beautiful resort and absolutely love the adults only option.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were excellent at helping with questions or our needs. The breakfast had many choices which made the morning an lovely food adventure.

Cons:

There was no late night bar and limited restaurant choices on the property. If you do not chose to have all inclusive, then for dinner you only had 3 options and the dinner buffet was not so great. You had to have the buffet and could not just chose from the ala carte menu which would have been better.
