Un buen sitio para un merecido descanso
Pros:

Nos encantó la tranquilidad del hotel y la comida del restaurante Magical. Es muy positivo que se pueda cambiar con facilidad la cena por el almuerzo, porque la comida es de buena calidad y abundante en el servicio de mediodía. La piscina de la habitación y la común están climatizadas, por lo que es un gran punto a favor. Los camareros de restaurante, camareras de piso y el señor de mantenimiento de 10.

Cons:

Había descoordinación entre el personal del restaurante para el tema de pago de bebidas, si querías consumir por carta, etc. También con el servicio de limpieza de habitaciones: si no quieres que entren a las 9:30 de la mañana cuando estás durmiendo y pones el cartelito en la puerta, ya te pasan a hacer el servicio de habitación al día siguiente, no debería ser así y debería pasar más tarde. Falta de flexibilidad del personal en general a peticiones concretas.

Riojanos por las islas
Pros:

Tanto el hotel como el trato del personal es de 10. Tengo que destacar el trato por Samuel el jefe de la zona del champs que fue increíble. La preocupación de Jefferson por preocuparse en todo momento por nuestro bienestar fue de 10. Y el servicio en restaurantes fue increíble recalcando el trato tan guay por Laia y Samu. Un fuerte abrazo nos vemos en nada.

Pros:

All the staff were very attentive, the rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. All-inclusive package with exclusive drinks and a variety of food options. Our fifth time in Barceló and always very satisfied.

Cons:

The entertainment leaves a little to be desired. There's no music in the pool area on the royal level.

Super obsluga, mily zespol hotelu, wystrój wewnątrz bardzo korespondujący z otoczeniem. Wspaniale wyżywienie - rozmaitość posiłków i dobra obsługa. Spokój i cisza -doskonale miejsce dla par. Pokój z własnym zejściem do basenu - super!

Troszkę więcej staranności w sprzątaniu pokoju ale to Lanzarote ... bez napinki..:)
