A fairytale come to life
Pros:

Everything about this real-life palace is exquisite, but the staff and service stand out above the rest. Everyone was so kind, helpful and professional that it was a real pleasure. From check-in where Jesus helped with any question or concern, to the impeccable restaurant service (with delicious breakfast), masseuse and housekeeping staff… I cannot say enough! Thank you all for making my Hyrox experience unforgettable.

My most favourite hotel in Bilbao
Pros:

Nice, helpful and friendly staff. Modern facilities. Very clean. Newly furbished. Very comfortable. Also do note that there's a flight of steps in the bedroom, so heavier bags can be troublesome, however hotel luggage porter did the job so well from unloading the car to carry all suitcases up in my room. And on check-out, I barely touch my bag, the porter did everything and the heavy luggages are now ready inside the car.

Cons:

Staff said hotel system showed that I didn't book with breakfast, but in fact, I book with breakfast included. And it caused confusion.

A palatial, modern day castle, plus the Guggenheim near by.
Pros:

I have always wanted to see the Guggenheim, which led me and my family of 8 to the Palacio Arriluce. It is a castle to behold. We ranged in age from 6 to 77 years old. The palace was immaculate, the staff were prompt and professional. Pure joy. Service was lovely, food was plentiful. From some playing croquet, to viewing and walking on the beach, we loved our “castle” stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Magical experience
