Per accedere alla struttura il check in deve essere fatto in un altro hotel, peccato che non era specificato da nessuna parte (grazie ad un benzinaio siamo riusciti). Giunti finalmente all'hotel ci siamo trovati soli. Le porte che non si chiudono sporcizia ovunque, e credete durante tutto il soggiorno non si è visto nessuno. nessun titolare nessun inserviente... nessuno. Una bella fregatura.

Primero no me funcionava el agua caliente, la puerta del baño costaba abrir y cerrar y la ventana tampoco encaja a bien y entra aire

Pros:

Scandaleux d envoyer les clients dans cet établissement. Grilles fermées dans l obligation d appeler quelqu un pour se faire ouvrir encore faut il parler l Anglais.
Une fois ouverte le guide nous conduit devant l établissement dans un etat deplorable.Il ne trouve pas les clés de nos chambres. Devant notre mécontentement il nous demande de le suivre pour nous conduire dans un hôtel en ville où enfin nous pouvons loger. (Sans eau chaude)

La hacienda es una maravilla, naturaleza, acogedora, todo muy limpio y el personal encantadores, sobre todo Jose, nos hizo hasta un vídeo para cuando llegáramos dejarnos todo indicado.... súper apañao!! Si hay un pero es que falta mobiliario en la habitación, algún armario, estanterías, nos apañamos como pudimos.
