Disappointing £650 Stay with Poor Service and Lack of Care
Pros:

the location, the architecture and design

Cons:

Very disappointing stay at a four-star hotel. Service was poor throughout—staff were unhelpful with basic requests and showed little care.

After we left, the hotel didn’t contact us about two jackets we had forgotten. When we followed up, there was no apology, and items were missing, which is very concerning.

The concierge was also the rudest I have ever encountered. Very stingy breakfast.

Overall, a clear lack of professionalism and attention to guests.

We had a fantastic stay at Pulau Fugit! The location right in the vibrant heart of Girona is unbeatable – everything is within walking distance, from great restaurants to charming streets and sights. Despite being so central, the hotel felt like a calm and stylish retreat. Highly recommended for a city trip with a touch of comfort and character!

Wonderful stay, nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this place — costumers will have a great stay at this hote
Pros:

A very beautiful place, ideally located, clean and well maintained. Everything was truly perfect. The staff was very friendly and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. I honestly have nothing negative to mention.

Cons:

The only small suggestion would be to make the entrance and reception a bit more visible upon arrival, as I had slight difficulty finding them at first, but this did not affect my stay at all. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it. ✨

Pros:

Excel.lent ubicació i espai. Preciós el lloc i la decoració de les habitacions i zones exteriors.
Molt bé l'esmorzar, també.

Cons:

Tot i que una de les habitacions que donava al carrer principal tenia porticons dobles, ha estat impossible dormir fins les 3 de la matinada degut al soroll del bar del davant i de les ampolles que es llençaven al contenidor de vidre. No repetiria en aquesta habitació.

Excellent location and stylish atmosphere
Pros:

The breakfast was good, not a lot of choices but they were all delicious. The bar area was very stylish. And the location is excellent.

Cons:

The room was very stylish but lacked functionality. For instance there were no knobs on the walls to hang the coats and definitely not enough space in the cupboard to hang both the clothes and the coats for 3 people. I think this hotel is ideal for couples, not families. Having said that, there was no privacy in our room as well. The sink was in the middle of the room.
