Pros:

Es un hotel moderno en un edificio renovado en el mismo centro de Lugo. Las habitaciones son amplias, las camas son muy cómodas (y grandes) y es silencioso. Todo funcionaba bien. El desayuno es muy correcto y hay algunos platos calientes que te los hacen al momento. El parking es ajeno al hotel pero está a 50 metros y con el ticket del hotel cuesta menos de 9€ al día. Es una elección obvia para estar en el centro de Lugo.

Cons:

El baño tiene una apariencia en donde el diseño prima sobre la función. Todo el baño tiene una pared acristalada (translúcida) y una puerta de vidrio. La bañera es grande y separada de las paredes, de forma que tiene una cortina circular para que no salpique de forma que es poco cómoda para entrar y salir y no hay puntos de ayopo (una persona mayor se podría resbalar y dar un buen golpe). No hay manera de no mojar el exterior y hay que sacar la mano para manejar el grifo o el jabón. En fin, es bonito pero innecesariamente incómodo.

Genial 10/10 :)
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato del personal, que fue súper amable y atento en todo momento. El hotel tiene mucho encanto, está muy bien cuidado y hace que la estancia sea muy agradable. La ubicación también nos pareció muy buena.

Cons:

No hubo nada que no nos gustara. Todo estuvo genial.

Fantastic location in the centre of Lugo
Pros:

Fantastic location right in the centre of the old town yet very peaceful. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, spoke excellent English and he gave us useful information about the area. We arrived in a hire car and the hotel has an agreement with a parking garage less than five minutes walk from the hotel and reasonably priced which was very much appreciated. The hotel sent us detailed information on how to reach the hotel and parking area. Our room was large and very comfortable. Lugo is a really beautiful little city and we wish we had stayed for two nights instead of one!

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. The design, decor, and historical significance of the site of the hotel make for a very special stay. It´s beautiful, comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful one. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.
