El hotel boutique Es Mirador ha sido un descubrimiento tremendamente agradable. La estancia fue comodísima, el servicio de Raquel y Gerard es excepcional. Una apuesta segura en un hotel muy bien situado, cómodo y que superó nuestras expectativas.

La ubicación es ideal, las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, se nota el cariño a la hora de generar un espacio acogedor. Hemos estado muy cómodos. Trato genial desde antes de llegar.

Perfect stay in Ciutadella made by ES Mirador :o)
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect, ES Mirador was right on the main square in Ciutadella and just a 1 minute walk from the harbour.
The room was bright and spacious with everything we needed, it really felt like a home from home, a very good coffee machine and fridge were also in the room, fresh water everyday and the room was cleaned everyday.
A space on the top floor, outside for drying towels and any washing was very helpful.
There was also a reception area and 2 common areas inside and outside if a change of scenery was needed.
The owner was onsite every day from 8am until 1pm which was very handy in case we needed anything, and he was also very helpful with recommendations whilst we were there.
We would definitely recommend the hotel and would definitely re-visit.

There wasn't anything we didn't like!

Pros:

Ha superado todas nuestras expectativas. Sabíamos que la ubicación era inmejorable, pero lo que realmente nos sorprendió fue el hotel y, sobre todo, las personas que lo llevan. Si estáis pensando en alojaros aquí, no lo dudéis. Merece totalmente la pena.

La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica, vicino al porto di Ciutadella. Il personale è molto gentile e subito disponibile a soddisfare le richieste. Ci hanno fatto trovare anche ombrellone e teli mare.
Camera pulita e spaziosa. Ottimo soggiorno!

Fantástica
Pros:

Absolutamente todo, estaba limpio, decorado al más mínimo detalle, muy cómodo, no le faltaba de nada.
El personal es muy agradable y atento, cualquier duda o petición te la resuelven.
Nos dejaron nevera y sombrilla para la playa.
Si volviéramos a Menorca volvería a repetir sin dudar.

Super hôtel avec un emplacement exceptionnel dans Ciutadella.
Pros:

Super ! La chambre était vraiment bien, propre et aménagée avec goût. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est exceptionnelle !

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol s’il doit y en avoir un, ce serait la porte transparente qui sépare la chambre de la salle de bains avec les WC.
