Pros:

La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica, vicino al porto di Ciutadella. Il personale è molto gentile e subito disponibile a soddisfare le richieste. Ci hanno fatto trovare anche ombrellone e teli mare.
Camera pulita e spaziosa. Ottimo soggiorno!

Super hôtel avec un emplacement exceptionnel dans Ciutadella.
Pros:

Super ! La chambre était vraiment bien, propre et aménagée avec goût. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est exceptionnelle !

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol s’il doit y en avoir un, ce serait la porte transparente qui sépare la chambre de la salle de bains avec les WC.

Fantástica
Pros:

Absolutamente todo, estaba limpio, decorado al más mínimo detalle, muy cómodo, no le faltaba de nada.
El personal es muy agradable y atento, cualquier duda o petición te la resuelven.
Nos dejaron nevera y sombrilla para la playa.
Si volviéramos a Menorca volvería a repetir sin dudar.

Super bien placé , déco très raffinée , personnel exceptionnel . Services top : parasol pour la plage , panier et foutas , douche à dispo avant de partir à l’aéroport !

La posizione, ma non è adatta a soggiorni lunghi…

Cons:

Il servizio non era attento, abbiamo dovuto più volte sollecitare asciugamani e caffè…spesso non ci è stato svuotato il cestino e la camera non veniva pulita adeguatamente durante il soggiorno, soprattutto il pavimento. La stanza è decisamente troppo minimal per soggiorni superiori a una/due notti. La porta della camera era difronte al letto e da essa trapelava la luce delle scale per tutta la notte…la porta non aveva chiusura “automatica” ma c’è una chiave alla vecchia maniera, e te la devi portare dietro durante il giorno, non si può lasciare in reception perché …..la reception è praticamente inesistente….

The room and hotel itself was beautiful, and a vedy good location for walking around the town.

Cons:

Being right on the square it was very loud at night. Very very loud. We were there saturday to wednesday and were kept up until 3-5am every single night.

Luxurious historical hotel I have to return to!
Pros:

I loved the hotel room, it is beautifully designed. It also smelled great all the time! The room was also very spacious, was a perfect central location!

Cons:

If I had to be picky I would say, it’s a shame it didn’t have any breakfast facilities.

Ubicación excelente, pleno centro pero dentro de la habitación no se escucha la calle. Todo limpio, con muchos detalles como toallas para la playa, café, cepillo de dientes, cesta para la playa, etc. Personal amable y resolutivo, repetiremos sin duda!

El baño no tenía escobilla y eso es fundamental
