El hotel es bonito
El hotel no es 5 estrellas. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas ni mucho menos. El personal es incompetente, les pides un kiwi en el desayuno, un kiwi entero sin cortar y no te lo dan. Los yogures, fruta y loncheados están expuestos en medio de todas las personas hablando encima, tosiendo encima, y sin refrigeración alguna, perfecto para la proliferación de bacterias, el desayuno muy poco variado en general. Y más para un 5 estrellas. Muy molesto tener que pedir los platos calientes, podían tener otra organización, y sería más acorde a un hotel 5 estrellas. Si eres una mujer embarazada no te puedes exponer a coger un jamón cocido que está en una mesa desde no se sabe qué hora y qué le ha tosido encima no se sabe quién. Las mermeladas tienen hasta moho en el bote asqueroso que las contiene. Es desagradable de ver.
Las habitaciones sucias es poco, teníamos pasta de dientes del huésped o huéspedes anterior en los vasos del baño. El retrete estaba sucio, la cama incomodosima y la bajante del de arriba sonaba como si su retrete estuviera dentro de nuestra habitación. También escuchamos todas las conversaciones, risas y musicas de los de al lado hasta las 4 de la mañana, por 400 euros la noche, un lujo.
La piscina estaba como Benidorm no se podía ni coger tumbona.
Realmente es un hotel de 3 estrellas.
Y lo peor es que lo comentamos a recepción un par de veces, ni caso nos hicieron. Pero bueno, en la linea del hostal.
Sinceramente, por lo que cuesta hay miles de opciones mejores, no vale ni de lejos lo que te hacen pagar. Hemos estado en hoteles 5 estrellas de verdad y este puedo garantizar que no lo es, yo creo que las valoraciones que tiene son principalmente de personas que no han ido a un 5 estrellas y no tienen con que compararlo.
Y Brihuega no tiene nada.
Sinceramente un bluf, que como cuesta lo que cuesta te ves obligado a pensar que está bien. No lo está y deberían quitarle una estrella y rebajar el precio a la mitad como mínimo.
Habitación amplia y muy cómoda, personal muy atento, desayuno completo. El spa no es de los más completos pero sabes que es así
