Auf vorgängiger Anfrage, ob wir die Hotelrechnung bar bezahlen können, haben wir ein ja erhalten. Als wir zahlen wollten, ging dies auf einmal nur bis zu einem gewissen Betrag. Dies ist keine Dienstleistung. Zudem war der Pool am Montag 13.07.2026 geschlossen, weil der Bademeister fehlt. Bei einem CHF 600.00 teuren Zimmer sollte dies nicht passieren.
