Séjour parfait
L’emplacement est absolument idéal : tout se fait à pied, ce qui rend le séjour extrêmement agréable pour découvrir Séville sans contrainte.
Les chambres sont confortables, très propres, avec une literie parfaite qui garantit un excellent repos.
Le point le plus positif de cet établissement reste sans hésitation le personnel : l’équipe de réception comme celle du ménage est remarquable, professionnelle, attentionnée et toujours souriante.
Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter et où je reviendrai avec plaisir.

From the moment we arrived at Mercer Plaza, we were met with genuine warmth and exceptional service. Two gentlemen quickly stepped forward to assist with our luggage, creating a perfect first impression—professional, kind, and welcoming.
The hotel itself is minimal, clean, and effortlessly stylish—an oasis of calm tucked right into the heart of Sevilla. But what truly stood out was the staff. No matter where we were—lobby, hallway, or breakfast area—we were always greeted with a smile and a sense of care.
Their quiet attentiveness, respectful manner, and sincere hospitality made our stay not only comfortable but memorable. It’s rare to feel so well looked after without ever feeling overwhelmed.
A beautiful space made even better by the people who run it. We’re leaving with full hearts—and already planning our return. welcome, but cared for in every way.

The hotel is a work of art - 2 separate buildings brought together with really interesting spaces, excellent staff.
The only challenge is arriving in a car, the front of the hotel is a one way street with no parking to load or unload.
Team were exceptional, would stay again no question.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. They are the prime reason for the high rating. Everyone, without exception, were absolutely charming. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. Valet parking is available and is an absolute necessity as the hotel is in the middle of the old town which is largely pedestrianized with no obvious parking available anywhere close by.
The junior suite has no view. The windows are just overlooking another building a couple of meters away. Therefore, the view is basically a concrete wall. The room is very dark as a result. All the junior suites have the same aspect. If I had known I would have chosen a different room option.
