Wyśmienita lokalizacja wszędzie blisko. Pięky hotel.Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Czyste i ekskluzywne pokoje.
Bardzo słabe śniadania. Lepiej wyjść z hotelu i zjeść śniadanie w knajpkach obok.

The location was perfect, situated right in the heart of the city which allowed us to come back & rest before heading out to explore again. The roof terrace is lovely, with a small plunge pool, comfy chairs & a great view of the square & its surroundings. We were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves on our last afternoon! The staff were wonderful & so friendly & nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciated them giving us the use of an extra room after checking out as we had a late evening flight & had suffered a bout of bad food poisoning (not from the hotel!) the previous evening.
We would have liked just a little more shelf space/drawers in the wardrobe in which to put our clothes. A phone on the roof terrace to access the bar would also be a good addition.
One of the worst experiences I have had in Spain.
The room is extremely small and offers no meaningful view. The bathroom is open, without a proper door; even the toilet area is only partially enclosed, with an opening at the top, resulting in a complete lack of privacy.
Considering the high price paid for this stay, the overall experience is wholly unjustified and falls significantly below acceptable standards.
Before the evening turndown service, a housekeeper knocked on the door stating that the service would not be performed at 9:00 pm as expected, and insisted on carrying it out immediately, while we were still in the room. This approach is inappropriate for a hotel of this category. We promptly informed the hotel of this behavior; however, an even more serious issue occurred thereafter.
During the evening service, the housekeeper collected the towels I had deliberately placed on the floor to be replaced and simply hung them back on the rack. Furthermore, there was evident disorganization, as rooms were incorrectly assigned and internal changes were not communicated to us in any way.
Paying €1,400 for two rooms for one night and receiving this level of service is, quite frankly, unacceptable.
In addition, the shower drainage does not function properly, and the water pressure is extremely low, further compromising the stay.
Overall, this was a complete disappointment. I strongly advise against staying here and recommend choosing another hotel.
I will also be submitting a formal complaint to the Michelin Guide and Tablet Hotels, including photographic documentation, so that this property can be properly reviewed and reconsidered within their selection.
