Très bel emplacement
Pros:

Disappointing for the value of money I spent.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

No hot water in the shower. I had to change my room and even after changing the water temperature, it was not hot. After complaining for 3 times it was fixed.
AC was not working properly again after complaining for 2 times it was fixed.
Hair in the towel.

Very nice !
Pros:

Very central location, beautiful architecture and great service. A true five star. The room we had would need some maintenance thought (shower drainage) and refreshment (wall paint shows signs of wear).

Cons:

The pool was closed when we went, but great alternatives at the two other Mercer were kindly proposed.
