Exceptional breakfast! They offer fresh orange juice (professional orange juicer machine). And a real highlight is the bread and the wonderful croissants. And plenty of specials.

The staff. Everybody was always attentive, welcoming and helpful. Couldn't be better.

I really liked my room (apart from the issues I experienced, see below). Super comfy beds (hard mattress, I like this), after I fixed the issue with the pulsing light of the smoke detector I slept like a stone. It had a kitchenette and a superb bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub. And a large safe, which fits a laptop. The balcony was also nice, I could even glimpse the sea in the south.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. We had to stay here after missing our flight due to delays at the airport, so it was a last minute desperate choice. However, that just made me happy in the end. I was able to discover this absolute gem of a hotel.
I have zero complaints. Everything was perfect. Location is great - near enough to the airport and Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas if you want access, but far enough away to be tranquil, serene, quiet. There is plenty in the small village for all essentials - 2 little shops, a few excellent restaurants, hiking trails, and best of all Jungle Park.

Wifi was incredibly strong and stable the entire time, even during the brief thunderstorm.
Water pressure and temperature were excellent. Toiletries and bathroom towels were great.
Bed was very comfortable. Please let me buy those pillows!
Everything was spotless.
Views were wonderful.
The pool area is just serenity itself.
The staff - the most friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. I travel a lot, so this is quite a statement and not hyperbole at all.

We are now making plans for a minimum of three visits a year to this particular hotel. I could go on and on and on about how perfect it was.

Location was good. Whilst no dedicated hotel parking, we did manage to park outside hotel every day without any issues at all.
Hotel was lovely: pools, restaurant, breakfast all really nice. Staff were all fantastic!

The room, grounds and pool are beautiful. The staff were very lovely, accessible and helpful. The location means that your stay is extremely quiet, peaceful and undisturbed from the high volumes of tourists closer to the beach and main strip. A taxi ride to the beach and most other attractions in the south is around €10-15.

Food was exceptional. The restaurant was on a level with fine dining. Be aware that many items on the restaurant menu required a supplement between €2-6 on top of half board, however the quality was so high I don't feel this was unfair. On the days the restaurant was closed (Sunday and Monday) the replacement food from the bar was generous also very high quality, on a par with a very good gastropub.
