Très beau séjour, une magnifique suite et une piscine pépite ✨
Pros:

Un véritable coup de cœur pour cet hôtel à Tenerife.
Nous avons séjourné dans la Suite Deluxe et elle était tout simplement magnifique : une décoration moderne, des tons apaisants, beaucoup de confort et une petite terrasse qui fait vraiment la différence.

La salle de bain est incroyable, avec un vrai effet « waouh » dès qu’on la découvre. Et gros coup de cœur également pour la piscine, une véritable pépite : un espace magnifique et hyper agréable pour se détendre.

Le fait que l’hôtel soit un peu en retrait est également un vrai plus : cela lui donne un charme particulier, avec une ambiance plus calme et intimiste, tout en permettant de profiter pleinement du cadre.

Tout était réuni pour passer un très beau séjour. Une très belle découverte que je recommande sans hésiter.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol : les escaliers, surtout lorsqu’on voyage avec une grosse valise comme moi.. Mais cela reste vraiment un détail comparé à la qualité du séjour.

Tolles Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Pool und toll eingerichten Zimmern. Adults Only ist goldwert.
Pros:

Einrichtung, der Pool, das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wasser und Kaffeekapseln auf dem Zimmer kosteten was. Das kannten wir so nicht und fanden es ein wenig befremdlich.

Un hotal para desconectar, disfrutar y relajarse
Pros:

Nuestra estancia ha sido perfecta. Es, sin duda, uno de los hoteles más bonitos, tranquilos y silenciosos en los que hemos estado, ideal para desconectar y descansar.
La habitación nos encantó: muy amplia y cuidada, con una pequeña cocina y un jardín privado precioso. La cama es enorme y comodísima, y el baño también es espectacular, con bañera y ducha.
Todo el personal ha sido encantador y muy atento, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante Alba, que recomendamos muchísimo probar. Cenamos allí y estaba absolutamente todo espectacular. El bufet del desayuno una maravilla.
La zona de la piscina es otro de los puntos fuertes del hotel: un espacio precioso y muy tranquilo donde relajarse y disfrutar de alguno de sus cócteles, que están buenísimos, recomendamos el sweet Estefania.
En general, la experiencia ha superado nuestras expectativas. Hemos estado realmente a gusto y nos hemos sentido muy bien atendidos durante toda la estancia. Un alojamiento al que volveríamos sin ninguna duda. Muy recomendable.

Dissappointing and far off of being a luxury resort.
Cons:

The usual trick. They advertise to accept AMEX for payment but if it comes to using your card the card is miraculously rejected. Only MASTER and VISA cards work. The common dirty trick.The house is quite run down, elevators are completely out of service, there is no food or beverages available on the days of closure of the only restaurant. Bar closes at 7 pm. The so called big car park is always full with cars from outside the hotel. On the day of arrival no food for dinner, restaurant fully booked, snacks which should be available are not there, Bar closed, no room service!
