Cozy, comfortable, and welcoming accommodation
Pros:

Luruna Palacio Larrinaga is a very cozy hotel with a fantastic location, a warm welcome, and genuinely friendly service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bed was especially comfortable. Parking was easy, and having EV charging available was a big plus too

A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Espectacular! Nos encantó
Pros:

El espacio era precioso, el personal muy amable y nos facilitaron el aprcamiento, lo cual agradecimos mucho teniendo en cuenta lo dificil que es por esa zona.

Très agréable séjour
Pros:

Très bel hôtel. Cadre agréable. Très bonne prestation. Le personnel qui vous accueille avec le sourire, sa disponibilité et son sens relationnel avec la clientèle. Ne maîtrisant pas l’espagnol, ils ont pris le temps pour nous mettre à l’aise et ont toujours été aux petits soins (accueil, serveurs et personnel de chambre). La propreté irréprochable de l’établissement. La chambre avec une literie de qualité et une petite attention (café, insufion et un minibar bien fourni). Une très belle salle de bain toute équipée. Petit déjeuner continental avec des produits de qualité. L’accès à l’hôtel en sens unique très pratique en voiture (mail explicatif pour l’accès). Sa situation dans la ville proche du port et des promenades en bordure de l’océan. Un parking fermé en sous-sol (Payant) avec des places réservées aux clients de l’hôtel. Petit plus très appréciable : 2 bornes type 2 pour VE (gratuites).

Cons:

Etant très sensible à la lumière malgré un rideau parfaitement occultant, j’aurais apprécié que le rideau de la chambre soit plus en contact avec le mur sur son extrémité droite. Cela éviterait d’avoir une forte luminosité durant la nuit.

Beautiful, fun, and interesting!

Beautifully renovated! Very kind and helpful staff. Beautifully incorporated the historic walls of the hotel. Each room was a bit different. Stunning! Lively atmosphere!

Cons:

Signage for parking and check-in could be improved. No visable signs for turning in for check in or parking! Very sharp righthand turn! There was an old sign for the hotel a block before, but that road was under construction, and we had to back out on a very steep and narrow road. It was scary! Once we found the correct entrance, staff was very helpful!
