Pros:

I spent three nights at this hotel, and I can strongly recommend it to anyone! The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever experienced, the service was excellent, and Aimar was extremely helpful. I will definitely come back!

Pros:

The village is really beautiful.
I forgot to reserve private parking, which is a must for Luruna in high season. The staff somehow found a parking space laat minute, many thanks.

Heerlijk en wat en leuk dorpje!

Locatie top! Comfort van de kamer en de servicegerichte houding van personeel.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was op zich prima, maar wel wat rommelig georganiseerd en het duurt lang voordat je uiteindelijk aan het eten bent.

Beautiful hotel in great location
Pros:

We loved staying at Hotel Luruna. The building has been beautifully restored and the location is perfect in the small but idyllic village of Mundaka. The bed in particular was especially comfortable - something I really valued being 6 months pregnant. Breakfast was really nice, the best croissants I have ever tasted! Parking was really easy (Although a little expensive!)

Cons:

The restaurant was closed for the dates we were staying and it was unclear what days it was open. The food at the bar was nice but service could be a little slow, I had to ask for some water 3 times one morning.

nie wrócę pokój nie odpowiada standardem i obsługą hotelowi 4 gwiazdkowemu

budynek wygląda świetnie na tle budynków obok naprawdę się wyróżnia, bardzo wygodne łóżka

i to chyba wszystko jeśli chodzi o plusy obsługa niestety nie przystoi dla Hotelu 4 gwiazdkowego recepcja mówi słabo albo i wcale po angielsku. Pomimo rezerwacji pokoju Duble Room Deluxe dostaliśmy Single Room Deluxe z toaletą właściwie w sypiali za szklanymi drzwiami co jest całkowicie nie akceptowalne przy dwóch osobach brak totalny miejsca na ubrania szafa maleńka tylko górna część na ubrania w dolnej stoi lodówka po długich rozmowach z recepcją pokój w kolejnym dniu został wymieniony na prawidłowy chodź obsługa upierała się że to my nie mamy racji i pokój w którym nas zakwaterowano jest prawidłowy. Zwracajcie na to uwagę ponieważ oba pokoje mają te same duże podwójne łóżka co może wprowadzić nas w błąd, jednak pokój ten jest mniejszy. Takie wprowadzenie w błąd nie przystoi hotelowi z ich renomą i tyloma gwiazdkami po wejściu
Śniadania niestety również nie spełniły oczekiwań wyglądały jak z podrzędnej restauracji zamówione jajka poche przyszły surowe a jedno w skorupce:) obsługa przy śniadaniu chodź miła i uśmiechnięta niczego nie ogarniała myliła zamówienia bądź zapominała część zamówienia. Niestety ich angielski był na poziomie podstawowym.
uzupełnienie : jako że hotel odniósł się do naszych słów pokój który rezerwowałam to pokój dwuosobowy typu superior z opisu 20m2 więc pisząc że pokój 18m2 był prawidłowo przydzielony zadajecie kłam swoim słowom .... nadal uprzedzam zwracajcie uwagę na to co dostajecie
