Llevamos varios años alojándonos en este hotel y valoramos la tranquilidad, las piscinas, las instalaciones, la limpieza, el trato del personal...
Este año hemos notado que la animación durante el día ha sido muy ruidosa y escandalosa.
Nuestra habitación estaba cerca de la piscina principal que es donde hacen las actividades y cada vez que habían actividades tanto por la mañana como por la tarde distorsionaba nuestra tranquilidad. Los micrófonos y altavoces estaban demasiado altos, no se entendía nada y había un ruido excesivo.
Es una pena porque quizá modelando el volumen de las actividades todos podríamos estar más a gusto.
Otro aspecto a comentar que ya llevamos varios años quejándonos es el excesivo frío que hace dentro del comedor en la hora de la cena. Se lo hemos comentado varias veces al personal del hotel y nos han dicho que está bloqueado y no pueden regularlo.
Por estos dos aspectos nuestra estancia ha sido de 8 en vez de 10.

El buffet muy bueno, la zona chill out muy chula, la zona de piscinas una pasada, hay sitio en las hamacas vayas a la hora que vayas, los precios de la bebida muy bien, yo fui a media pension.
Het was rustig gelegen, niet in een drukke stad aan het strand van mar menor, je kan in de buurt wel een mooie wandeling gaan maken. Het strand en mar menor zelf was niet zo aantrekkelijk om in te zwemmen.
het ligt inderdaad kort bij een strand, maar deze is niet onderhouden geweest wat wel jammer is. Als je 20 minuutjes verder rijdt heb je helder water waar je goed kan snorkelen. Het was savonds wel redelijk luid met de avondactiviteiten op het terras maar daar slaap je door
