Do café da manhã e da cama

Cons:

Da localização, da limpeza, reservei um quarto e na hora do checkin era outro, o primeiro quarto estava cheio de formigas e pedi pra trocar. Esqueceram de devolver documento de identidade no check in e avisaram duas horas depois que saímos do hotel no dia seguinte. Tivemos que voltar 200 km pra buscar. Não voltaria a me hospedar e não recomendo, muito caro pro que oferece. Além do que não se tem privacidade na terraza porque tem crianças gritando o dia todo

Ottime la colazione e le piscine. La camera era bella grande e il materasso fantastico.

Secondo me la struttura non è all'altezza del nome Barcelò, per la scarsa professionalità del personale addetto alla reception. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il bagno della prima stanza che era disgustosamente maleodorante. Soltanto dopo nostra insistenza ci hanno cambiato la stanza perché secondo loro dovevamo aspettare l'intervento dell'idraulico. La seconda stanza, sempre non nel blocco centrale, aveva lo stesso problema al bagno. Alle ore 23.00, dopo esserci presentati di persona alla reception (considerato che al telefono non rispondevano) ci hanno finalmente fornito una stanza nella struttura centrale. Tutto ciò senza chiedere minimamente scusa, anzi abbiamo avuto l'impressione che fossimo dei piantagrane.

Pros:

The hotel was clean, the staff were great and plenty of them, check in and check out was smooth and quick. Good selection of food on buffet. Breakfast was great.

Pros:

Niesamowity design hotelu. Pokoje bardzo przestronne ze sporą łazienka i tarasem na którym znajdowały się leżaki i stoliki z krzesłami. ( Bardzo miło się spędzało tam poranki i wieczory). Zawsze idealne zdjęcia na tle hotelu! Piękne baseny i cisza choć było sporo gości. Ogromny teren połączony z dojściem do plaży, wokół mnóstwo kwiatów, palm I zakątków do odpoczynku w kojącym cieniu. Miły nadmorski klimat z codzienną bryzą z nad zatoki. Gorąco polecam.

Jak na ****Hotel mogły by być w standardzie w pokojach zestawy do robienia gorących napoi.

Großes 50 m Schwimmbecken sowie 2 weitere Pools. Kostenfreie Parkplätze auf der Straße und rund ums Hotel. Restaurant mit Buffet für 25 Euro pro Person inklusive Getränke (Bier ,Cola, Limo und Wasser)

Cons:

Kein a la carte Restaurant. Anlage sehr betoniert, wenig Grünflächen und Bäume. Anlage liegt sehr abgelegen. Keine Restaurant oder Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar. Strand zum Teil naturbelassen. Einstieg ins Meer nur über einen langen Steg möglich, da extrem viele Algen und Gräser.

Noticiero playa para bañarse.
Ofrecen playa y es solo para deportes náuticas.
El personal tambien miente, te mandan a una playa que no existe a 500 metros al rayo del sol.
Uno priorizando la playa se va a 20 km de la ciudad para algo que ofrecen...la playa que no existe.

Es la segunda vez que voy por su tranquilidad, me gusta todo el terreno y espacio que tiene, desayuno muy bueno también.

Cons:

El Buffet del medio día lo veo un poquito justo pero todo lo demás muy bien.

Fantástico
Pros:

Super rica la comida del buffet, muy casera, de calidad y muy bien hecha. Muy bien detalle del agua filtrada en botella de cristal. Las habitaciones amplias, con baño muy grande y terraza de buen tamaño también.

Cons:

La única pega que el aire acondicionado estaba muy fuerte por los pasillos y restaurante.
