Prachtig hotel maar zeer teleurstellende kamer - NEEM NOOIT DE STANDAARD KAMERS OP DE BEGANE GROND!!
Pros:

Handige locatie, in het oude centrum en op loopafstand van horeca en alle bezienswaardigheden.

Cons:

Ik heb een kamer voor € 199 geboekt met 'uitzicht op de binnenplaats'. Eenmaal in de accommodatie bleek dit een kamer op de begane grond te zijn, met melkglazen ramen die grensden aan de binnenplaaats... maar de binnenplaats is eigenlijk de lobby. Dus: geen zin om deze ramen open te zetten. Verder ramen / deuren naar een miniscuul binnenplaatsje (luchtschacht), maar de buren hebben ook ramen/deuren naar dit plaatsje dus NUL privacy (niemand gaat daar zitten). De kamer is hierdoor dus ook erg donker. Zie foto's. Kamer is niet al te groot, je kunt om het bed heenlopen, dus voelde me erg opgesloten. Alles is verder keurig, schoon, enz. maar de kamer is toch wel heel belangrijk. Voor hetzelfde geld zat ik in een 2-sterren hotel in een kamer die 2 keer zo groot was en met 2 enorme raampartijen met uitzicht op de straat en veel licht.

Superbe séjour à Séville, nous n’hésiterons pas à vous recommander
Pros:

Son emplacement est idéal, hôtel très beau, un petit plus la piscine, personnel très gentil

Cons:

Le seul bémol est ventilateur de plafond qui faisait beaucoup de bruit, impossible de le laisser allumé pour dormir

Cons:

Ter q sair pra tomar pequeno almoço em outro local a rua estava fechada e a volta q dava era imensa.
Primeira noite ar condicionado não funcionou e estava muito quente… terceira noite alarme de incêndio disparou as 4:50 da manhã assustando a todos segundo foi passado houve um erro técnico.

Pros:

L'emplacement du logement, tout proche de la cathédrale.

Pros:

Overall, this was a very positive experience. The location could not be better, so close to the cathedral, and the Alcazar. The staff was very attentive. The room was spotless. The breakfast was outstanding. Whatever minor issues that we may have had, the staff handled without issue. A most positive experience.

Cons:

The room was a bit small though spotless. We spent so little time in the room, except for sleeping, we barely noticed the size. The many positives of the stay made this hardly noticeable. .

schönes Hotel mit toller Lage und Dachterrasse, bei dem der Service noch Luft nach oben hat.
Pros:

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage, nur 5 Minuten von der Kathedrale entfernt. Sehr schönes Design und eine tolle Poolterrasse mit Blick über die Dächer der Stadt und auf die Kathedrale. Das Superior-Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr groß, aber modern, komfortabel und mit guter Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Tipp: Unbedingt außerhalb in einem Parkhaus parken, da die Zufahrt zum Hotel sehr schwierig ist.

Cons:

Abzüge gibt es für den Service: Für einen Check-in nur 1,5 Stunden vor der offiziellen Zeit sollten 20 € extra bezahlt werden. Außerdem konnten die bei der Ankunft versprochenen kostenlosen Getränke am Abend nicht mehr eingelöst werden, obwohl zuvor ein 24-Stunden-Service genannt wurde. Etwas mehr Kundenorientierung wäre hier wünschenswert gewesen. Auch die Preise der Minibar waren recht hoch – 10 € für eine kleine Flasche Wein empfand ich als überteuert.

Extremely overpriced-Small, dark and claustrophobic.

Fantastic staff, excellent location

Cons:

Poor quality to cost ratio. Room very small and dark- claustrophobic. Had twin beds but room was so small they were pushed together to fit- unacceptable size room for the price paid. We decided to splurge and stay here for my birthday unfortunately I think we were given the smallest room available - much smaller then the pictures of the same room type shown on bookings. This was the most expensive place we stayed on our holiday but due to the excellent reviews we thought the price must be justified . We ended up very disappointed- other places we stayed were far nicer for a fraction of the price. The one saving grace was the lovely staff.

Beautiful holiday, location and Hotel. Would return.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Beautiful atmosphere. Lovely gesture providing surplus cakes/pastries from breakfast area to Hotel Lounge coffee/tea area available throughout the day for guests. Having cool bottled water available in bedroom was excellent gesture. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful providing information etc. Walking Tour was excellent and I would highly recommend. The Hotel's close proximity to centre was so convenient. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounger facilities.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like about this Hotel.
