Limpieza, amabilidad y buena ubicación
Pros:

Desayuno completo, ubicación excelente junto a piscina municipal. Buen colchón (firme), aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo dan confort a la estancia.

Cons:

Las allmohadas son para mí de poco volumen y consistencia para mi gusto, aunque entiendo que es difícil acertar a todos los clientes, pues cada uno tendrá unas preferencias y necesidades.

Un encanto de hotel. Decoración con muy buen gusto. personal.muy agradable. Muy bien ubicado junto a la piscina municipal. Ideal para un primer baño. Sorprendente restaurante incluso al aire libre. Buen buffet.

Llegamos al hotel para hacer una parada de una noche en nuestro viaje desde Bilbao hacia Altea. Lamentablemente, el día de nuestra llegada nos informaron de que había un evento deportivo que impedía aparcar cerca del establecimiento. Tuvimos que dejar el coche a cierta distancia y trasladar las maletas hasta el hotel.
Al día siguiente, a las 8:30 de la mañana, los altavoces del evento ya funcionaban a alto volumen. Aunque no nos afectó demasiado porque madrugamos, el principal problema fue que todas las carreteras del pueblo estaban cortadas, lo que nos impidió salir con normalidad. Nos vimos obligados a cargar de nuevo todas las maletas hasta el coche y dar más de 40 minutos de vueltas por el pueblo hasta que un vecino nos indicó un camino alternativo para poder salir.
Aunque el personal del hotel es amable y las instalaciones están bien, la estancia resultó incómoda por la falta total de información previa sobre este evento. Nos avisaron el mismo día de la llegada, solo unas horas antes, cuando ya era tarde para cancelar. Además, el hotel se encontraba rodeado de personas vinculadas al evento, lo que daba la sensación de que formaba parte del mismo.
Consideramos que por 127 € la noche es razonable esperar que se informe con antelación de circunstancias que afectan de forma tan significativa a la comodidad y movilidad de los huéspedes. De haberlo sabido antes, habríamos cancelado la reserva.
Es una pena, porque el hotel tiene potencial, pero en estas condiciones la experiencia no fue la esperada.

Un pequeño paraiso en tu itinerario!
Pros:

Edificio historico maravilloso en un entorno idilico. Un gran terreno lleno de árboles inmenso rodea el hotel envolviendolo en calma y sombra. Muy contentos con la estancia.
Camas amplias, muy luminoso, cuarto de baño amplio con productos de baño con un olor estupendo.
Muy buen desayuno.

Absolutamente recomendable.

Cons:

La decoración, mobiliario, cuadros, espejos, etc no son de la categoria de este edificio.
Les falta coherencia con el modernismo del edificio.
