Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación y la habitación estaba bien decorada, quizás poco luminosa. Cama muy cómoda. El baño muy grande y moderno.

we book for hotel, but it's actually an apartment, and the lock went wrong one night, so we needed to call the staff and use WhatsApp to let them open the door remotely. By the way, there is a smell in the apartment.

I liked the staff, very helpful and collaborating

Cons:

I didn’t quite like the location, the fact that the hotel didn’t have a balcony or even a window to breathe some air… don’t recommend if you’re claustrophobic..
also it was very noisy during the day and night

Cama confortável e localização. Me deixaram entrar no quarto antes. Achei otimo!!

Cons:

Quarto escuro, sem iluminação. A recepção não é 24h. 9h50 já não tinha ninguém na recepção e nem às 5h da manhã, ou seja, se precisar de alguma coisa, já era. Banheiro não tem onde colocar necesserie e o nao tem onde colocar shampo, sabonete na hora de tomar banho. Tem que colocar no chão. Pior de tudo, quando cheguei no quarto a noite, depois de ficar o dia inteiro fora, tinha uma barata no meu quarto. A pessoa da recepção me emprestou um inseticida. Quase infartei ao ver uma barata no quarto. Joguei inseticida e o quarto ficou com cheiro péssimo. Muito desagradável. Resumindo, nao voltaria.
